The unapproved repairs took over a week for the adjuster's decision! This was very disturbing and inconvenient!
Had vehicle in shop waiting to hear back about the results for repair. Car shield kept asking for more diagnostic from dealership which resulted in the same information being sent back and forth for two weeks. End result I waited two weeks to find out repairs were not going to be handled by car shield. No one from car shield kept me informed about any of the processes through out so I kept having to call and call to speak to customer service who kept saying they were waiting to hear back from dealership that had my vehicle. The dealership was in contact with me daily and informed me that car shield was receiving the same information I was being emailed. They weren't waiting like stated

I had a great first experience! Always look in your contract to see if it's covered so there are no surprises. My gas tank was leaking and they covered the whole bill. Customer service was so quick and helpful! So grateful to have a perfect first experience with Car Shield.
I had trouble with the update app it did not give me a confirmation number it just had a?# be the name confirmation but I paid my bill and it was somewhat ok
