I have not had to actually use the repair part of Car Shield, and I am grateful for that, but their customer service is top notch. During my sign-up phase and questions that I had after were addressed immediately, professionally and even though I couldn't see the rep I could tell they had a smile on their face and were happy to assist me. Great company, they actually do what they say they are going to do. Took my truck into my dealership for repair. The dealership told me they were going to do a diagnostic check and report to CarShield what they find. A few minutes later I received an email from CarShield reporting a claim. Exactly 10 minutes I received another email from CarShield stating claim approved. A few minutes later a service technician came to inform me of what I already knew, that the claim was approved. Highly recommend this company!

Very poor service in your customer service department. The bad math, other competition, and didn't answer my question, I was asking. If you had any bonuses, I've been with you over a year like a tire rotation or either or all changes that we don't do stuff like that, and neither do other companies listen where you're at and she said within their liars. Every time I have needed their services they've been there helping me determine what is available to me and how they can help me and they are quick about paying the auto service performing to work!
All the staff was very helpful with telling you what you need to know to get your claim through. They were there to answer all of your questions.
