I am very sorry I had to cancel. It was to much for my budget

Car Shield provided the service tech so I took it there and the rest was handled by the service tech and Car Shield, no hassle involved.

I bought 6 months of Car Shield. I was given a reduced price. When my car does break down I will see how it will work.

I doubt it Car Shield because I heard a lot of negative reviews and a lot of companies didn't wanna use Car Shield but it left me with a positive feedback because when I needed a warranty for my vehicle, everybody else charge outrageous prices, and wasn't reasonable the cover that I needed. I signed up for Car Shield And it helped me when I really needed it and I definitely didn't have the funds for it only a small amount so I think Car Shield for helping people like me to keep my car on the road and to all the other people who accepted Car Shield. Now I can do the things I need to do without worrying about my car breaking down. Because I know that Car Shield has my back. I know it sounds very cheesy, but is the truth, and the staff who answers the phones they are excellent as well.

Reps were always cordial and service was extraordinary.

When you call, you talk to real people and they are professional. They walk you through process and give you what you need to protect your investment for a very reasonable monthly premium. I'm very pleased being on their team!

I filed a claim almost 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on approval so I can get a rental car so I can have transportation

While my first claim was being done, the mechanic noticed an upcoming issue with my AC. He filed the claim and Car Shield approved it. That did impress me. The 4 stars is because there are still issues with substandard parts and additional uncovered cost. Along with online responses if I don't give 5 stars.

I have been with Garcia now about 3 years I do believe on my 250 Ford I've been lucky so far I haven't had to have any work done other than services on the truck Touch wood.

Car goes in Monday to get a issues checked and we will see how this covers the problem

After subscribing to car shield for over 2 years we tried to use it at our dealership...they would not accept it...recently we tried to use it and were denied for several reason including wrong vin number and misspelled name.

Waiting on a response about a repair on my car. Still waiting on the decision

I called to change my payment method and add a new one and they took care of it real quick.
