The air conditioning in my vehicle gave out in In June which is the peak of the summer here in Maryland and I had to take my vehicle to the shop I let the dealership know that I had the warranty and I provided them with my contract number and pertinent information and car shield began a claim for me immediately. The dealership let me know that any extended warranty work would not include a loaner car, and I called car shield and they immediately set up a reservation for me with enterprise rental car which did not require me to make any payment out of pocket. The process was smooth and seamless and they were able to reserve a car for me less than a mile from my home. Car shield handled the payment to the dealer and shipped the parts to the dealer and just one and a half days. I am very satisfied
