When our truck would not start we thought it was the battery. What we found out is the alternator was not working. We called Car Shield and got immediate help. They made sure we had our truck back as soon as possible. We would recommend them to anyone whose warranty is no longer in force. Great company! Thank you Car Shield!

ALL BRAKE ASSOCIATED LIGHTS IN DASH ARE ILLUMNATED.
CHECKED AT O'RIELEYS AND FOUND REAR WHEEL SENSOR WAS SENDING AN ERROR MESSAGE.
LOOKED UP CAR SHIELD FRO A PLACE NEARBY. MOST DIDN'T LOOK LIKE I WOULD WANT TO TAKE MY CAR THERE.
FOUND TWIN STATE MOTOR COMPANY.
DECIDED TO GO THERE.
IT WAS A GOOD CHOICE.BILLY STRICKLAND LISTENED TO ME THEN EXPLAINED THE PROCESS.
LEFT MY CAR THERE.HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THE PART NEEDED WAS NOT AVAILABLE BY AFTERMARKET. HE SAID HE'D TRY A NEARBY DEALER. THEY GOT THE PART AND INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY.
