Your installation crew did a very sloppy job, not only did it take me a full day to clean up their mess, sheetmetal and screws all over my property, so much so that I was scared to drive my car into the garage that I just paid a fortune for. The installation itself was very sloppy, sheetmetal sheets were all uneven, one up too high, the next was too low makes it look sloppy. Additionally the sheetmetal screws did not match the color of the building so it looks cheap and making it even worse the rows of sheetmetal screws are not straight, they are all over the place. You all built two buildings for me in WV and they were beautiful and the crew was neat and did a beautiful job, they did not leave me anything to clean up, the exact opposite of this crew in TN. They left their forms and frames and all the scraps. I should not pay 7500. For a building and have to find a way to get all that trash to a dump, not everyone has a big truck or friends with a truck so I had to pay even more to have all that trash moved. Your crew also removed my cement forms wuthout asking me and cracked the newly installed cement pad. The pad was just done 2 days before and the forms needed to stay on for 2 weeks. I thought putting a garage in would increase the value of my property but no one will buy this place once they see this garage and the shoddy job that was done on it. I feel like I was just robbed of 7500, the cost of the cement pad and garage. That is way to much money to pay to have such a poor job done. I can send pictures if you need them.

Everything went well except they were suppose to be onsite around lunch on a Wednesday so I took a day of vacation. Found out late the day before that it would be Thursday morning. Took another day off then they did not get to the house until 7:00 P.M and put my building up in the dark which I was not very happy about but it did turn out fine. Other than having to waste two vacation days which I was very much not happy about the overall experience was good.

Fairly easy second building I have ordered. Now that being said i have never bed so mad at a company in my life. First crew showed up a day early and I was out of town so I had to use credit cards to pay but they didn't bring enough sheets to finish so I called and was told it would be two weeks before they would be back cause they had other customers that's when I lost it. Now second time they were to come the truck broke down so now two weeks later a crew calls a day early at 6:30pm and says they are on there way got here at 7:30 pm but didn't have the sheets nor bracing for the over head door the the fourth time they were supposed to call before coming but I walk outside and they are working. Now the bad thing about that is i live in the middle of no where in TEXAS and we shoot trespassers. The workers were told that we were called and I told them we weren't and the lady started to argue with me on the phone.

The overall product was great. I really like my new garage and it is exactly what I ordered. When scheduling for delivery there were several reschedules due to weather. I was always contacted at least one day before delivery if reschedule was needed due to weather except the last delivery day. No one showed up the day it was scheduled and I continued to call Eagle Carports with no response back. The garage was delivered the next day without a 30 minute before delivery call. I was at work and had to reschedule my afternoon without any notice. Eagle Carports never returned any phone calls or followed up on the delivery. That is my only disappointment with this company. The product is great but the customer service needs improvement.
