Site was nice and ingot my results quickly. I thought the charge was the $1 processing fee but was charged $20 on my bank statement. Would be nice to lnow that up front.
Site quoted $1 for an extensive car history by VIN number, by setting up an account. I did create an account and entered the VIN on my own vehicle AND, my bank account was charged $14.95, not $1 for this "service". THEY PUT AME ON A TIMER TO PUT MY CARD INFO IN. I TRIED TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO FIND OUT WAY THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID I SUBSCRIBE I EXPLAIN I NEVER AGREED TO A CHARGE OTHER THAN A $1.00, NOR DID I "SUBSCRIBE" TO ANY MONTHLY KIND OF CHARGE OR "PLAN", NOR ANY FURTHER CHARGES PAST THE ORIGINAL $1.00 FEE. SO BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY IN MY OPINION BUT BASICALLY STOLE MY INFO CHARGED MY ACCOUNT SO IN MY BOOK THEY ARE A THEFT. SCAM ARTIST, NO GOOD, AND THEY GIVE GOOD COMPANIES A BAD NAME. THEY SHOULD TRULY BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Poor report advertised as free. Then they charge $18.95 per month. Keep changing names - for credit card charges (www.carrecordusa.com, www.autohistorychecks.com) all the same people.

Answer: They did same to me, Ive not received my refund in over a year! They've been playing me, i feel very distraught about it and i don't know what to do.
