The board is well-meaning but clunky to use and moderation too slow to pick up on problems. As a result the occasional nutjob gets in under the radar. Overall though not a bad site - most of the people using it are supportive and there's a lot of good infomation

Shame - One thing clear from the start this is a moan.
How can one resolve something with the above when they are ignoring emails? This site is a charity for carers; I am a carer for my wife and a member there. Over a month ago I emailed about a small matter and since then the ignoring has gone worse. I asked the Webeditor had my emails been recieved; he replied but did not answer the question.
There is more and if I do not get an answer soon I will tell that as I will tell it as far and was wide as I can. Want a hint? Death threat
Rating one star but in general the people you meet there rate high it's the way a charity for carers runs itself.
