It will not search for senior caregivers. Continues to give error message w/link to retry and same thing. Joined today and still unable to search for senior caregivers. I have changed the search field from nannies and when its changed to senior caregivers and click search, i get the same message.

There is no way to call and connect directly to your Customer Care team. Also, your paywall site doesn't support/allow for a user to log-in using a VPN service, which is a major issue for any user connecting from a public WiFi hotspot!

I feel that you website is dishonest in signing me up, getting the job I need entered but then forcing me to pay an excessive amount of money to communicate with potential caregivers. I would not use or recommend your site to anyone for that reason.

I am sorry to hear your feedback and have noted it for our management team to review. We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.
