App search has a bug. You're not able to search for zip codes outside of your current one and while it says that you can search by city, the keyboard doesn't appear.

Can't upload any photos everyone I choses is denied I need to update my account information but I also don't want to put my personal address and phone number information on my account for others to see but it won't let me skip it been trying to update and change my password for the past 2 hours it's not sending me the email I'm logged in on my cell phone but I can't login on my laptop nor the app from Google Play

I did not realize from initial viewing that most housekeepers expect to work 20 or more hours a week. I only need a few hours, I have a disability and cannot do all of the housework well. I just signed u[ but would like to cancel as this is not what I need.

At first it seemed good. I filled out the various questions and was presented a list of senior care givers. I took a premium subscription. Foolishly, I was duped into thinking an email would be sent to these people I reviewed and selected. Obviously, I do not understand how this website works! Nor is it explained. You falsely lead people into a relationship with Care.com. I am SO disappointed.

You are just like the rest of the for profit websites. You charge for a service AND then you try to tack on a charge for things that should be INCLUDED in the service. I will use you for as long as I need you and then I will not.

Like i've not clue what the process is... there are no FAQs... is payment made through this site? Do I pay directly? Will my dad be able to call the person we hire or do all transactions have to go through this site? Soo many questions and i'm just going in blind -- and paying a fair amount of money to do that.
