I have been using CardCookie for some time. As far as I remember, never got a problem. Few times got an issue with card money, i reply them with problem. They have resolved the issue promptly even on weekends also. I appreciate their work
Every time I purchase from CardCookie, I have a great experience. I especially like the ability to save cash money at places I already am planning on making a purchase from. Savings are awesome, and the overall process in intuitive and easy to use.
It was very difficult to get verified and when I finally did, I was only allowed to buy $500 when the limit is $1,000 and I had a hard time just getting the $500. Finally and several emails and hours of time passed by, I was finally able to get $500. I asked when I would be able to purchase more because I needed more to complete my purchase at Lowe's and Card Cookie said that was my limit and I could not ever buy anymore. I'm a honest, hard working person who is just trying to save some money on my large purchase at Lowe's and Card Cookie is a discount gift card savings website and I cant utilize the site as it is intended. Therefore I give it a 1 star.
Card Cookie is very frustrating to use. I tried to buy a gift card and it made me go through 3 verification steps and the final one was very confusing. I was looking on my CC statement for far to long and couldn't find how to finish/verify my order yet I was already charged for my purchase.
I will not be using them again. I wouldn't recommend them.
Purchased 2 egift cards from them today, received both in under 10 mins. Both cards are legit with the advertised value.
The site has a lot of issues though, cannot remove items from the cart, cannot log out, etc. Not a smooth experience with the website, but the cards are good value.

CardCookie.com login and purchase process is a hot mess. It is riddled with repeated CAPTCHA AND/OR error messages AND/OR unresponsiveness. It's like being a hamster on a wheel. Be prepared to receive numerous conflicting error messages and ultimately locked out of their site with a message that makes no sense. Customer Service is only available by email, very slow to respond and unapologetic for the site shortcomings. My spidey sense is telling me something is very wrong with this company, especially since I read the reviews not on CardCookie.com. Per the reviews, CardCookie.com is/has been aware of the plethora of site/purchase issues but choosing/chosen not to resolve or acknowledge. I sense CardCookie.com may have ulterior motives while the high discount on gift cards is the lure.
Been using Card Cookie for several months for my Starbucks cards. The discount (currently 13%) is great and e-card delivery is within hours. Only one occasion where a deactivated card was delivered and my contact to customer service was answered within hours and a new card issued. I have tried several other services and this one is now my go to.

After you add a Starbucks gift card to your online account, you have to refresh the balance. When I first added my card, the balance wasn't as expected. I contacted support, and they responded within minutes to tell me this solution. Simply refresh the balance after adding the card, and you will most likely see the correct balance you paid for. Support is quick to solve any issue you may have.
I don't know if this company is legit or not. I placed an order of 10 cards valued at $10 each. They canceled my order saying that there was something wrong with one of the cards. What about the other 9.
Then I placed another order of 5 cards valued at $20 each. Immediately canceled saying they couldn't verify my credit card.
So I went one more time and placed 5 cards valued at $20 again. Immediately canceled saying they couldn't verify my card. I even keyed in another card.
There's nothing wrong with my cards, so why is it so hard to place an order.
I even uploaded a photo of my drivers license and my face, which they said they need for verification. Now I'm a little concerned that they have that information.
I bought a card on 17th Jan and went to add it to my rewards account on the 23rd only to find that it had been used. The remaining balance was sucked out this morning, the 24th, in California and I am in Virginia. Tom at Card Cookie had it replaced very quickly. Outstanding service.
I used cardcookies for quite a while now, and for one gift card I bought 2 month back and I plan to use it recently, I found out the balance on the card has emptied. I contact the customer service, and get a replacement within a day. Can't complaint on that.
The only thing I have to say is the card delivery after payment is not consistent... Sometimes I get the card credentials minutes after I paid, other times, well, hours.
I have spent more than 10k dollars on gift cards from the website. I had bad experience of receiving cards with $ 0 balance several times, and they replaced my cards without problems until today when I purchased a $120 Walmart card with a $ 0 balance. By the way, I purchased the card within 100 days. They asked me for the spending history. However, I will have to add the card to my Walmart wallet to see the history. With the $ 0 balance, I can't add it to my wallet to view the history. I was told to call Walmart customer service to get the history. I was not the person who bought the card, so how could I call Walmart. If someone needs to call, it will be either the person who sold it to Cardcookies.com or anyone from the company. If it does not work out this time, I will call my credit card company to get my money bank and will not purchase a single card from them.
Cadcookie.com has taken $200 from me! When I tried to use the gift card in homedepot, the gift card had a zero dllrs balance. Please give them back and I will update my comment once I had gotten my replacement! 1/12/21
After thee tries to complete a purchase, each ending with a simple
"Unfortunately, we've been having some technical issues with our gift cards, so we had to cancel your order."

Worst online buying experience ever! I wish I had read some of the reviews here first. Bought over $200 for $#*!s Sporting Goods. It seemed like such a great deal, saving 15%. Waited for a few hours, then got an email they needed further verification. I sent the code they requested from my bank account and they said my cards would be sent. Waited a few hours and didn't receive them. E-mailed the company and they said I didn't verify my purchase, so I did it again. They assured me the cards were on the way. After a few more hours, I realized they were not coming and cancelled the order. Now I am very concerned because the charge is showing up on my credit card and their website is down for maintenance (it is Sunday) so there's nothing I can do about it right now. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND HASSLE FOR NOTHING!
