Card Cookie

I have been using CardCookie for years, primarily for Starbucks. Rare that I have any issues with a card not working. If that does happen, Customer Service is quick to respond and replaces the card. I'll keep using CardCookie for a long time:-)

When I first purchased giftcards from this site, it asked me to verify and I was skeptical to submit my ID. I sent an email and Tom replied within 15 minutes telling me I can verify a different way. Once I was verified, the giftcards were approved within minutes. My giftcards work as expected as well.

I have been making a lot of purchases with Card Cookie for the past 3 months. Every once in a while I have a problem with a card I purchase and customer service has always fixed the problem immediately whether it's during the work week or on a weekend. Their customer service is the best!

I use Card Cookie frequently and they always provide a great value.The only complaint that I have is they fail to communicate when there is an issue. They will always resolve an issue but will take several days or weeks to respond. They provide a great value and I will continue to use them.

I found out on a weekend that the Walmart card I had purchased. I reached out to customer service on Saturday and by Sunday morning that had provided me with a new one - no hassle at all.

I had previously used another discount gift card site but they got swallowed up by retailmenot so i wanted to try another one and found cardcookie. I hadn't used them before and was naturally skeptical. I ordered 2 Cabela's giftcards (100.00 and 15.00). After I placed my order almost instantly I received an email about my order and to confirm some information which I thought was a nice added protection. Received another email that the order had been confirmed with the info requested and then about roughly 2-hours later I received my email with the 2 cards and links to their details. I applied them to my online order at Cabela's.com and they went through nooo problem! Cardcookie IMO is a great site for discounted cards and will definitely be going back for more! I've used Cardcookie for some time. Never had a problem with my order until today. I purchased a card and the one I received had a much lower amount on it than what I'd purchased. Thinking I got scammed, I emailed Cardcookie support, and they resolved it very quickly - within a matter of minutes - and professionally.

Needless to say I'm a happy camper and I will be giving them my business again.

That's what I like most about Card Cookie - they stand behind what they sell. I have occasionally had a problem about something I bought and they always correct the problem immediately! I love their customer service.

They had a 14% discount for the card I needed so I was not as careful as I should have been. Asked for drivers license(?). Got email saying order was processing. Checked CITI sit and had been charged.
Several emails later and finally received email stating due to technical issues order is cancelled. Checked CITI again and charges had disappeared, THE MOST DISTURBING thing is while searching for their email I saw that I had attempted to buy from them March of 2020 and the same thing happened!
The technical issues email was verbatim! All of the positive reviews are the only review for each person.

On two different occasions I've tried to buy a gift card ($20). And on each one, I verified my name, address, CC #, and the code sent to my cell phone. Each time they say they couldn't verify me + my order is cancelled. Of course it is -- you have alllllll my personal data now but all I get is excuses + errors when I contact them by email. I'm worried about fake charges on my CC now. NOT WORTH the small discount they 'supposedly' sell gift cards for.

Ive purchased many giftcards from Card Cookie and of 10+ transactions, only 1 giftcard was below what I payed, but a quick responding customer service rep replaced it! No problem! Will continue to use :)

The whole point of a e-card for someone is to get it to them electronically and ergo, faster. However, I purchased a gift e-card from CardCookie and they said: Thank you for purchasing your new gift cards! "This email serves as confirmation of order number ****-***** for $____. Cards will be sent as a gift to_____(email) after we are done reviewing the order." Well I questioned what's to review? The card I paid with was good, it was accepted and the e-card should have gone out. Twenty-four hours later and giving them all the bad reviews I could while trying fruitlessly to reach them, I call my bank and disputed and stopped the payment. Never again!
