The only thing I recommend is that you indicate in the offer to send: the vim and the computer number that appears on the back because they only ask for the vim in the advertising. Everything excellent
It took a bit for the ecm to be shipped, but when it was, I was able to get it ahead of time, and use the instructions included to install it properly.
Product came in very good condition you have my recommendation
Service was great and fast. Enjoyed doing business with Car Computer Exchange.
Was supposed to receive a computer for my Jeep programmed to my Jeep when I got it and put it in the throttle pedal was not programmed to the computer and I had to ship it back to get them to fix it this is sent me back another 7 to 10 days from work
When I placed my order, I asked to have the security system deactivated on the computer and the computer that I got from my vehicle. It is activated. I still can't get my vehicle to start because of this. When I placed my order with the lady, she said that yes, she can send the computer that it is deactivated.
My experience was great I place my order and it arrived in a few days and everything is working fine thank you
Very easy to do, took 5 minutes after waiting 30.first time doing something like that.
I received the PCM in a timely manner, i took it to the dealership were they have installed, they found another problem so i cant give you a review on the PCM yet
Good shopping experience with car computer exchange very satisfied with my purchase and exchange process thanks a lot for getting my car back on the road again.
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Needed at PCM. The service is great and support team is helpful.
The whole purchase process helps to ensure that a replacement PCM is programmed completely. I did not have actual part number for the original PCM as it was at the Ford dealer doing the installation. CCE contacted Ford to get the original Part number using the VIN. No problems with the programming which the Ford dealer said was common when replacing a PCM.
So far so good just as they say quick delivery plugged unit in and no more limp mode car runs great best said quick and easy
The instructions that came with the ECM were easy to follow. Part was an exact fit!
I was scared at first as i'm here in texas and thought off getting scammed but omg what a bunch of wonderful people thank you so much
Did all the checks that I needed to and found that the computer was bad that I had. Ordered the new computer and followed the installation instructions completely. When I first got the computer it had eight codes on it, but I followed the startup procedure on it and those went last time I checked the codes they were all cleared. No codes remain on the vehicle. My old computer they would still be there. Customer service was great! I would definitely order anothercomputer through Computer Xchange.
Car Computer Exchange prompted me to provide the information they needed so the PCM exchange was seamless, just like the last time I needed their services for a different vehicle.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
