If I could leave no stars I would! This is by far the worst credit card company I have ever had. I was late on one payment they harassed me from 7:00 am right up till 11:00 pm at night with over 10 phone calls a day on various local numbers never leaving a message yet filling up my mailbox daily.

Checked my credit today the have dropped it down over 100 points due to one missed payment thanks to this comany who i have been paying in full on time since 2017, cant wait to cancel my card threw them.

What can I say! Worst credit card in the world. I'm suing them if my score is touched. Long story short I have a 800 score and have had capital one card for 20 years and pay my balance in full every single month! My son in California needed medicine urgently and I gave him my card to put on his apply pay with capital one's approval. They even sent me a code to my phone. Few hours later they restricted my credit card so I start calling those idiots. Well they sent me all over the world customer care lol! They abused me mentally. Next morning finally some guy in Colombia from capital Re opens my card and so end of may of course I paid off my balance $722. Today a fed ex letter comes to my mom's address saying capital closed my card and that I abused their employees. Lol. If my score goes down I'll sue them so hard
They're already being sued $184 million. They're crooks with no phone number even to a real office. Instantly chase approved me today. Capital one you should hire workers who first of all understand English and number two who actually can do their job like all other banks. I've been a banker since 1989 and never ever saw a bank as unqualified and dishonest as yours. I don't need your useless card but my credit is my life. I paid you every month full balance. Richard Fairbank open your eyes and look your bank is in a class action lawsuit $184 million. Wells Fargo learned a hard lesson. Hire employees who speak English

The workers are not $#*!ing helpful and the manager rushed me off the the phone I did a 99 dollar deposit to start my credit card and they said the card was sent out on the 22nd of $#*!ing April here it is may 6th and still no $#*!ing card! If you plan on starting your credit do not pick this establishment they need to be shut tf down.

I needed $20 in cash because I did not grab my debit card. I was concerned about the fees, so I asked many questions. I was told that I could call back immediately after I took out the cash advance. So here I am calling in to make a payment and all of a sudden the processed changes and I have to pay off the complete card balance. I've asked them to listen to the previous call, I've asked for documentation that I agreed to pay off the entire balance. Of course they are all robots so I keep getting the same response, "unfortunately. Blah blah blah". I would of never took the $20 if I knew I would have to deal with their crappy customer service rep and the supervisor. Apparently the supervisor doesn't have a boss (she says). So clearly I'm trying to get somewhere with a bunch of liars. I'm done with this company. F them.

Unless you utilize 60 -70% of your available credit every month, Capital One WILL NOT increase your credit limit despite your credit history or any other criteria normally used to obtain or increase credit. If you want to increase it for specific travel or projects or purchases where you want the benefits of a points card this is NOT the card for you!

Closed my account with no good reason AND WIRTHOUT PRIOR NOTICIFICATION. I had 6000 in unsed rewards that they stole from me because the account was closed. When calling customer service all they said was that they can chose to close at anytime. THEIF AND SCAM ARTISTS.

This credit card has been a nightmare! I paid them off today, just for them to tell me I had to pay an additional $80 because of interest, since my bills actually due on the 4th of June. The interest rates are $100 up! Before you know it, you owe them more then what you actually spent on the card! If you can go to another bank like Navy Federal go there instead! This bank will keep you in DEBT!

Not my style of a shopping application, can't find what I want it's just what they want you to see. It's very controlling of them. I wanted to find a ring and it was too many hoops to jump through and grew tired of trying. So disappointed.

Capital one is the worst! Never again You speak to 4 representatives and they all tell you different things there not even on the same page. Also the way they charge interest is ridiculous. So think twice before you go to Capital One.

UNBELIVIBLE STORY TO TELL... JUST STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT BY NOT ACCEPTING YOUR PAYMENTS TELLING ME THAT MY BANK ACCOUINT IS NOT REAL WOW! THEN REFUSING TO GET ON CONFERENCE CALL WITH MY BANK IN ORDER TO PROOF IM REAL. MY BANK SAID THEY NEVER RETURN ANY TRANSACTIONS FROM THEM. I BELIVE MY BANK. I REPETEDLY PAYING EVERY 2-3 DAYS WITH CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER AND STILL GETTING EMAILS ABOUT WRONG NUMBER. CUSTOMER SERVICE? THEY CRIMINALS! THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU, OR TELLING YOU THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS OR... ACCUSING YOU THAT YOUR ACCOUNT DOESNT EXIST OR THEN MY BANK IS SAIYNG THAT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS WRONG. MANY VERSIONS DEPENDS ON MANAGER. I WICH TO GO TO THE ANY PHISICAL LOCATION TO SHOW AND PROOF IM RIGHT BUT GUESS WHAT? THEY DONT HVE ANY, ATMS ONLY! BE AWARE! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely ridiculous. After 3 months of battling with misinformation given by Vrbo in regards to my request to have Capital one chargeback my $521.82 to me which leads to Capital One reversing the charge giving Vrbo the $521 back to them leads me to not getting refunded by either group. Capital One says "I'm out of the time frame for chargeback request" when indeed I've requested the refund in due time. After giving Capital One the documentation showing that Vrbo gave them the incorrect information nobody wanted to reopen the case and give me my money back. So now Vrbo will not give me my money and Capital One who acts like they're on your side is not even trying to listen nor help. Do not be fooled they did it to me and they will do it to you.

I was defrauded by a 3rd party Hotel Booking site. Even with a Hotel Invoice showing $153 less than I was charged, I didn't get credit for the overcharge.
I was given No proof of the extra charge by the booking company or capital one, I had to pay the overcharge or risk damaging my credit.
No matter what proof I sent capital one, it wasn't good enough.
Beware of capital one, they don't have your back.

Constantly need to verify my identity for Capital One, but I never receive the texts from them and they won't offer phone option. I have the same problem setting up their app. They have no message center or customer chat, so the only way to reach them is to spend hours on the phone. One of the worst credit cards!

Today I called Capitol One about a late fee charge on my account. I paid my bill at 7:16 PM to be exact and was told it was late and has to be paid before 8:00 PM. Last I checked 7:16 PM was before 8:00 PM. So I called and spoke with a rep named Stacy. She was VERY RUDE when I tried to explain to her I paid my bill on time. She kept saying no you did not pay at that time. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they don't have supervisors on that shift. I asked you guys are unsupervised for an whole shift and she said yes call back tomorrow when they're in. So I hung up and called right back and finally got through and asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 15 mins or so. Then I was connected to a supervisor which was very nice. I said I was told there are no supervisor and she said there are supervisors 24 hours. So as you can see the reps there are LIARS. Well at least this one and very rude! This whole time thing of what time to pay your bill from Capitol One is BS. You should be able to pay your bill the day it is due no matter the time. This is one of the ways Capitol One get more of your money. I was told they will be speaking with Stacy but I doubt it. I will NEVER recommend anyone to Capitol One. Their customer service representatives need more training on how to interact with their customers.

I'm a very loyal and payment conscious customer, who has a 100% payment history. I was charged an interest fee after the full balance was paid by the due date. I feel was unjustified because it wasn't disclosed in the balance payoff which is very misleading to a customer. After waiting on hold to speak to a customer service representative for over 23 minutes was agreed upon but the fee wasn't waived in which I feel is unsatisfactory due to the nondisclosure of the fee when I thought I was paying a bill in full by the payment due date.
