If you are using the app on your phone (which I always do) there is no meter showing quality will not print. Received my canvas (a wedding gift) and it was very blurry. After going back and forth in emails, they were willing to redo the canvas but I ended up paying some in the end for a free canvas. I wish the app would have the meter to see the quality before printing. It took longer than usual to get here as well. It was for a wedding gift so it was a bit frustrating. Overall, we got it fixed and print was beautiful.

I ordered 5 pictures. Unfortunately 4 out of the 5 came. Well I received 5, but the 5th was of someone else's child picture. I was able to contact someone but never received the last photo. Would've love to have replaced it. Outside of that, the pricing and ordering was good.

Very happy with the quality of the canvas. Was an art project by my child and had many many colors and it came out great.
