An email to me and a posting on facebook announced a "free" 11 x 14. Shipping and handling was, of course, extra. When I ordered it, CanvasPeople raised the price on me, denying the "free" canvas promotionon my email and on Facebook. This situation happened twice. CanvasPeople did refund the money difference both times.
