My experience was great, did this for lots of times before

This was my first time using them and it was a great experience

It was very easy! It didn't take long to create it.

I have used you guys numerous times and normally always happy. This time not so much but will try again.

I tried to CANCEL my order once I realized I had made a mistake, I wrote several messages but did not receive an answer now I am out of $ 170 dollars and the sale was 99 cents. Will not order nothing anymore.

I'm disappointed in the customer service! The website did not clearly state the price of shipping my order. $211 for my canvases and $280 to ship them! It was not listed as a charge on the final page until payment was taken. I tried to communicate with customer service who did not listen or take any steps to adjust or resolve the issue. I was not asking for a hand out or anything for free! Just a reasonable adjustment to fix what was not clearly explained in my order. After ordering from here for years, I'll sadly not be returning

A while ago, I came across a coupon for a great deal on an 18 X 24 canvas and decided to take a chance and order one. Since then, I have ordered at least 7, maybe 8 canvases! Every step of the shopping, uploading, ordering, and shipping/receiving process has been easy and stress-free. I have not encountered any issues with delivery. I have ordered professional photos as well as pictures taken on my iPhone, and both have been of great quality!

Just another guy who was goaded into ordering a "FREE" canvas print only to discover on the final checkout page that there was a $40 shipping and handling fee, which would have been fine and bearable if they had bothered to put an ounce of effort into the packaging. The top flap of the box was torn open when the package arrived and the canvas was practically falling out. Luckily the print itself wasn't damaged but it was a very close call.

Always great canvass and I recommend this site to everyone. I do generally wait for "just pay shipping" and less than $40 a GREAT canvas

Site is easy to use but the picture I received was blurry.

Did not look as crisp as I expected it to be. Looked fuzzy.

Looks great! Slight problem I had was I had to call to get a tracking number, and when I got the tracking email, you couldn't click on it, and it didn't say what company it was shipped with! That would be extremely helpful in the future!

I was skeptical ordering the canvas but when it arrived in less than a week and how beautiful it is, I am now recommending your company to my friends. Thank you!
