I love this site and was excited about the $. 99 deal, uploaded six photos, ready to pay, then it's over $21 to ship and "handle" each one. I needed one, canceled the others. I'll go back to Shutterfly, since you charge huge amounts for shipping.
Overall shopping experience was smooth the additional money to photo shop the picture sent in did not happen. Outside of that I recieved my photos on canvas and I am satisfied

I have used Canvas People in the past with no problems, They always have let me know my order had shipped. Therefore I'd be on the lookout, This time they did not send that email. I got the email saying it was delivered. But I didn't get it? Now they won't answer me, I have put in three tickets with no response. I have submitted tickets in the past and got a quick response.
