I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.
I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.
I ORDERED ON GROUPON. WENT TO THE SITE AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE SIZE AS AN OPTION. SO I SPENT 2 DAYS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. ENDED UP GETTING A REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

After creating an account and working on my photo book project for hours. They inadvertently lost the entire thing. I got an Error message to contact Customer service. Which I have done 3 times. They have been zero help. And spit out the same info. "Please create an account for your project". Which was already done.
Over and over I have tried to resolve this with them asking for my lost project to be retrieved.
I can not work with this company they have shown me they are completely incompetent. Hours of work gone.

I would advise people not to waste hours of time creating a photo book, calendar etc. only to have it erased by an obvious problem in their system.
I’m going to Use Shutterfly. They cost more but they never lose your project.

I ordered two canvas prints and never received them. I've emailed several times and received no response. I've also called many times, but they put you on hold for 10 minutes, "due to high call volume," and then after 10 minutes they just disconnect you. Never did talk to anyone or receive my products. Can't get a refund because I can't connect with anyone.
I own a photography business and tried them out. They were timely and well packaged but 4 of my 5 peices didn't have a hanger bracket on the back. They said they would send me one and would not help anymore then that. The package I purchased included it but they are not willing to help.
Do yourself a favor and either be 100% sure your order is correct or go somewhere else.
Save your money! The quality is very poor, the whole color of it is so dark blue you can barely make out the photo, the diploma my granddaughter is holding is completely illegible, and the acrylic was scratched really bad. I have two other Groupons I have not used for these and I will not be using them. Waste of money. I could have gotten much better prints from Walgreen's do-it-yourself kiosk. Geesh.

I usually read reviews before purchasing, and, unfortunately, I did not do so in this case. Had I done so, I would not have purchased at all.

My metal print was very dull and lifeless. It was packaged well and shipped in a timely fashion but the bottom line is the picture itself was only fit for the garbage.
They sent me someone else's picture and now I cannot ever get a hold of somebody at the company to find my order! It was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas no trying to figure something else out! If you order you are screwed because their customer service is horrible!
I've called 5 times. Aside from getting disconnected or being on hold 20 minutes to be connected to another 10 of dead air before being hung up on, they keep sending me a copy paste of the same deterring excuse for why I still haven't received a package that was "shipped" a month ago. Now it's still in production when I search the order status.

"Guaranteed Christmas delivery". It is past the new year and I still have not received my item. I have called 5 times and customer service rings for nearly an hour with no answer. "Email us. We will answer your email in 24hrs". I emailed them 3 days ago. Am very disappointed i haven't received this item that was a Christmas gift for someone close to me.

I bought 3 on Groupon. Turns out they get you when they wont ship them together and want 9.99 per print to ship. I paid $18 for the 3 prints and they want 30.00 is shipping cost. Plus the product itself is poorly put together. Very disappointed in this company. I wouldnt have minded the 9.99 for shipping had they shipped all 3 at once. At this point Ill lose my $12 and save myself the additional $20 for the other two prints.

I received a shipment notice 24 hours after purchasing my aluminum photo and received my photo a few days later. I was terribly disappointed in it. I thought the photo would be transferred to the metal - my mistake - instead of just stuck on like a sticker. The said "sticker" is falling off all around the edges and bubbling.
On Dec 5 I placed an order for a 20" x 16" canvas. I recieved the canvas on Dec 17,2019 and immediately noticed the poor quality and terrible coloring on the canvas. I sent an email to customer service that same day requesting a refund. On December 23, I recieved a reply stating that a refund would be issued if I sent pictures proving I had destroyed the canvas. On Dec 30, I replied with that image. To date, I have not recieved a reply or a refund. This is unacceptable! I have patiently waited for a refund for 3 weeks. Not only was the quality of work terrible, but the customer service is even worse. I have tried also calling customer service only to be disconnected (due to high call volume) after sitting on hold for 15 minutes. Terrible company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We ordered three items. Two canvases and a photo blanket. We were double charged for the shipping of one of the canvases and the blanket still has not shown. No tracking available on the blanket order. It's impossible to get in touch with this company by phone or email. They claim to have online support but that does not exist. I would stay away from this company.
I ordered off Groupon. I tried to stretch the picture but the software wouldn't allow it. I thought well if I send it in they will do it on their end or at least tell me they can't. NO! Instead they took a 20" canvas and put my little 3x5 picture in the upper corner and then had the nerve to offer me more products! Why in this GOD's green earth would I order something like this? Then when I alerted them of the problem they ignored me. I wrote them at least twice and never heard a response except that they were busy and backlogged and another time telling me the status of my order which I never asked for. I'll never use them again I'm still trying to reach them because I got the bum product yesterday via ups because I want to send it back. I can't even dispute my cc because I can't reach them.

I placed an order of a family picture on a canvas. After 10 days of no response I contacted the company several times. They will not answer the phone line and only returned 1 email out of approximately 10. Finally I recieved a package that had not 1 but 2 canvases of mountains. No family picture. Again I have made several calls and sent several emails. No one will respond.
You cant get a hold of anyone via the phone number on the site, the only other way to contact them is by email. The phone call just puts you on hold for ten minutes and then comes on and says "We are busy, try calling back later" and hangs up. I have tried calling 2-5 times a day for almost a week. Same thing every time I call. I tried reaching out via email and I get auto response email template to my emails.

Never use this company. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had because no one is working at this company.

Horrible customer service; was ridiculed and mocked. For example, I was asked if I was smart enough to understand what the customer service agent was saying and was told I was wasting her time. At the end of the day, they wouldn't redeem my Groupon voucher, and I wasn't about to throw more money at them, so I didn't end up placing an order.

Bought a Groupon for a 36x48 canvas, but CanvasOnSale wouldn't upload my 36x48' formatted print. Why on earth do they sell this size when you cannot upload a formatted photo. Apparently it's too large.

The first picture is as-received. Terribly cropped... removed words and part of a photograph. I sized the image perfectly for a 4:3 aspect ratio... they had to crop because they add their own graphic onto the canvas which takes up space.
I've called them 8 times... their answering service lasts for 10 minutes before disconnecting you. That's 80 minutes of my life i will never get back trying to get ahold of these people. On the answering message it says if you contact them via email they will respond within 24-hours. This is a flat-out lie. I've emailed them twice and have received no reply or even a response acknowledging receipt. At this point i, just want a fully refund. This company is very disreputable.
1 - shipping & handling twice the cost of the Groupon discounted blanket.
2 - blanket extremely thin, as one reviewer noted, more like a thick sheet.
3 - we ordered three different blankets as Christmas presents, and received fairly quickly. Two turned out okay... not great, but passable. The third I should just trash. It is covered with white spots and lines where you can tell there were loose strings and other materials in the way during the printing process. I reported, WITH PICTURES to customer service. Their reply? To ask for pictures! So I sent more pictures. Their reply? To AGAIN ask for pictures! No acknowledgement either time that I had sent them anything. After complaining in a third email that pics were sent twice already, they offered me a discount on a future purchase. Like I would but from them again when they can't even stand by their original product. Buy elsewhere... This company is awful!
We ordered 10 canvas' on Thanksgiving weekend. They supposedly shipped but according to UPS tracking a label was created then the whole package was immediately returned to sender on 12/10. Absolutely zero communication from the company that there was an issue. Now I'm left with a paid bill, no items and too late to reorder with another company!
Ordered items that were supposed to be here in time for Christmas had 3 weeks to mail out after order status was updated to shipped Dec 23rd not even tracking, and nobody answers their line, they disabled chat so that you can't chat either.
I purchased 2 photo blankets with a picture of my daughter on them. I received someone elses blanket with 2 dogs on it. The blanket is super tiny and very thin! Not even worth ordering by the way. I have called multiple times with no response and no answer back on emails. They have also blocked me from commenting anything on their facebook page. I will be reporting this company. Do not order!
The blanket must have been wadded up when printed. Looks terrible, almost frightening because of the large gaps that go through faces make them look deformed.
