It's was a great experience and will place another order soon, just like to mention one thing the wire was hang upside down that's the only thing went wrong with the order but I was able to fix it
I found delivery slow and also the website stated I would receive a shipping confirmation but I had to request it. I am however 100% satisfied with the product.
So far it was great. I would have liked to be able to pick my order up from the warehouse and skip the shipping fee. Unfortunately there wasn't an option to do so.
I've ordered through the company a few times, from small canvases to very large, and have been very satisfied. I have recommended canvasndecor to my friends as well. Keep up the great work.
I LOVE the free metal print/canvas option. Your prices are fabulous. Your reviews are excellent on every site I checked. I recieved my canvas and it is absolutely beautiful. Two thumbs up!

Only problem was the shipper who did not locate our place properly. Left a notice on the wrong door (never ended up finding the notice). Had to drive far out of the city to pick up the canvas.
Canvas wrap picture arrived well packaged and was great quality. Pleased with the overall order and shipment. Could have been a bit quicker receiving the order but I was okay with it taking a while
Great quality at a decent price. It is sometimes difficult to use the program online to centre the picture the way you'd like to, but for the price and product, I'll deal with that hassle.
Would be nice to pick up as I live near London and save on shipping but that is not an option offered. Shipping is NOT cheap when you live 15 km away!
The UX is a bit confusing in the beginning as I felt like I had to search for a few minutes to get to where I wanted to be but eventually I got there. Also, while adding the photos to the canvas gallery I created it took a few minutes to save. Maybe add an additional comment saying "Because your images are large and great quality it may take about 60 seconds or more to properly upload your images to the gallery. The wait is well worth it when you see how crisp your images will look in the end!" Encouragement helps subside the anxious feeling of waiting. Give people are reason to wait and then won't get frustrated or feel anxious about how long it takes. Excited to get my massive gallery in the mail!
Update: After recieving it in the mail I realized that I have to figure out where to put the holes in the wall to hang up our 6 piece massive canvas set. Figuring all of that out is stressful and I've been putting it to the back burner because of it. I asked customer service if they can provide me information and their answer was to google it and it's not hard to figure out on my own. Thanks... There should be a reference guide for stuff like this. You're cutting off the full experience by ending it with people being stressed about making unnecessary holes in their walls. Something to seriously consider adding to your website. Why won't you take the time to google it and add it to your website to provide a full 360 positive experience for your consumers.
The quality of the canvas' are beautiful though I will add. Crisp look and tidy execution of them overall.
Processing time before shipping was 10 business days, much higher than expected. I worried I would not get the package on time, though in the end I did.
Very satisfied, my photo of the original, now on a canvas print looks every bit as good as the original oil painting and side by side indistinguishable.

I have been ordering a number of prints to have on hand for art customers. Your prints are very good but we would certainly prefer to have wire hanger instead of saw tooth hangers on our prints.
The only issue I have was the resolution of the picture could of been better, which they could of told me that when purchasing order. Delivery time was fast and overall quality of frame looks good.
So easy to use site and edit photos. Will definitely order again if the quality is good once I get my order :)

You need an option to customize sizes for artistic photos that lose effect when cropped to standard sizes. If you address this issue, I will continue to shop with you.
Great website and easy to use! I absolutely love the three pictures I purchased they are beautiful and I highly recommend this website; would definitely buy again in the future!
