The material of the pieces is really strong. Gifted it to my parents, they loved it. One thing can be improved is to package the puzzle with a puzzle sized box. Other than that, it's great.
I always prefer canvas champ for personalized gifts. Impressed on first try. Excellent printing and very fine finishing. Worth full product on nominal price. Love this..
It was a good experience. Quality of the prints was very good. Since they were sent by speed post tracking was not easy and it took longer.

My order #IN*******837 was not executed correctly.
While the canvas print was OK and delivered appropriately, the 2 Photo prints were Not.
I had ordered 3 copies of the 2 photo prints and got only 1 copy.
It has caused a lot of embracement to me as I could not give the other two prints to my relatives in India.
Please make good these prints ASAP and give me suitable compensiation for the embarasment that you have caused to me.

Your main negative is DTDC.
They are simply useless.
Delivery person behaviour is always bad DTDC courier. All other courier are good.
As expected recieved the product in time, neat packaging, perfect size option, we can do the designing. Everything was great, except the brightness of the photos in book. Its dull compared images in Softcopy. I would highly recommend for photo books..
