I am surprised that so many people are happy with CanadaPetCare. I ordered several products on Aug 18,2014. On Sept 22nd I was still waiting for them. I e-mailed twice about them. Was told they were coming. I finally asked to be credited with the cost. I will have to wait till get my next credit bill to see if they complied to my request. Somehow I don't think this is over. My friend put to me to canadapetcare.com a year ago, I have used them twice and the items came in 2 weeks but were in manufacturer's original packing@ half the price I paid to my vet. Give them a try!

I must voice my tremendous satisfaction in dealing with your company. I initially ordered Revolution flea product July 24th. After a few weeks of not having received the item, I both emailed and phoned your company to inquire of it's whereabouts. I was told the item had been returned as there was an incomplete address. Why would I not be notified of this? Had I not have called, I would not have learned of this problem. Furthermore, the billing address was the same as the shipping address. I am not sure why one wouldn't reference the addresses for a match. After being told the address was updated, I received email notification on 8/12 that the item shipped. Once again, I wait for several weeks before phoning and being told that the item can be tracked through US Postal Service. I see that the item is in the city of my residence on 9/2 however after a few days, there is no status change. On 9/5, I phone yet again and was told to keep checking with the postal service. Yesterday I send another email saying I still haven't received the item. Today, I receive a reply that a refund is being processed. There is no explanation nor apology.

How can a business survive with this kind of ethic? Dealing with your company has been nothing more than an extreme exercise in frustration. I understand that businesses these days must contain their costs and in doing so will outsource operations such as call centers to other countries however the appropriate training and notification protocols should be in place to mitigate the risk of making customers like myself, extremely unhappy, vowing to never patron you again and worse, posting reviews about it.

I love my dogs - Chi and Yaun very much, so I am very much careful with what I put on them. Your product works perfectly giving total flea protection to my dogs. I am satisfied that I never had problems with my delivery. Thank you guys at canadapetcare.

Was impressed to find these products at the lowest price anywhere, and the free shipping service has saved me extra expenses. Keep it up. My flea med, Revolution was shipped from Singapore. It is a Chinese knockoff. Don't trust with your pets.

I am happy to receive K9 Advantix II pack from Canadapetcare.com site. I got this deal at affordable price and started treating my pet for fleas and ticks, as it is high season for this infestation. With K9 Advantix II, all fleas and ticks were killed, and now my pet is free from those annoying pests. I feel very happy to write this review about CanadaPetCare, because you guys save my pet from lots of fleas and my money. I am giving you 5 out of 5 stars.
