It's been a month and although they have a tracking number - it says they are waiting for the product. They won't refund or really do anything at all until 25 business days. So meds needed for the dog won't be needed by time they figure it all out
To be honest I was concerned about ordering from a company that I'd never heard of before. I charged my credit card nearly $200 on 5/11/2023 for Simparica Trio for 12 doses that would have cost me $360 from my local vet. I was pleasantly surprised that I received my dog's meds in just 11 days from the UK. They look authentic with the same packaging I normally get so I'm feeling like I made a smart decision by purchasing from this company.
I called custmer service to findout why my order was late in arriving.the call was answered by some one who had trouble speaking english. After not getting resolution i was transfered to a supervisor. Same problem only more so. After losing patience i asked for the corperate office. He refused to give me a phone number to the corperate office. He then transferred me to his supervisor where i got the same dog and poney show. Canada Pet Care's customer service is not for real customer care. Only a front for the company. No senior supervisor present and no corperate phone numbers to speak with some one using correct english. In addition. Company is not in Canada. Why am i not surprised
I've been happy with CPC for 3 prior orders. This last order, not so much. They accidentally switched my order with another customer so we'd receive each other's orders. I wasn't notified until after waiting almost 4 weeks. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, offering a discount on a next purchase, they instructed me to ship the package to the other customer and anticipate reimbursement from CPC. What company does this? I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have given them five business days. Oh, and they still have yet to apologize for the mixup. Not so sure about that 100% satisfaction guarantee.
My order was order 21 business days. I called and asked if they knew where the package was. The rep said it was passed the 21 business days and said they would refund the purchase. Then days after the package arrived and they said if I wanted to keep it, they could offer a deep discount. First it's not clear on the website about having to pay after the guarantee time for delivery. Second, they call 20% a deep discount. I will never use this site again, misleading.
I ordered my product 01/12/23. It said normal delivery is 7-10 business days. It has now been over 30 business days. They have a 21 day guarantee to refund your money if not received. When I contacted customer service they put me off until the 02/20. Not helpful at all

I've placed 2 orders with them now, I received topical dewormer and 3 Seresto collars for my cats at less than half the cost of what I would have paid in the US. Products were genuine, shipping was as fast as it could be, coming from the UK. Items were delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Will definitely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service as well. Be realistic with your expectations of shipping times and the items going through customs, the prices are well worth a little bit of a wait.
My issue is transparency. AFTER my purchase on line, and AFTER my money is Their money.then they contact me to tell me the product is shipping from the UK, and may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. It just seems deceitful, not sure why they do this. Just be up front on your site, let consumers make decisions with all the facts BEFORE they buy.
Ordered pet meds on November 24, but they never showed up. The tracking number given does not show in USPS. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money because it was more than 21 business days, but the refund has not made it onto my credit card. This company is not based in Canada. They told me they were shipping from the UK. I don't have any problem with shipping from the UK, but I don't like that the website is misleading and falsely suggests that they are based in Canada. On a positive note, they have responded to each of my emails. I can live with it if I get my refund, but I'm a little frustrated that it is taking such a long time. I would've taken advantage of a black Friday deal with another company if I I knew my meds were either not shipped or gone missing. Hopefully I will not need to open a credit card dispute. It is now over a month since I ordered.
I purchased a flea product from CanadaPetCare.com and it was turned away at the border becasue it was deemed an unregistered pest control product, even though it appears to be the same product I can buy at the lcoal Vet for more money. I assumed by the name this was a Canadian company and if not there should be red flags when ordering thiings that do not meet Canadian guidelines, or we should nt be allowed to complete the otrder online. I assume I will be able to get a refund.
I purchased some flea treatment and it arrived promptly.
The product did not work for my pooch but i wonder if the product was genuine now?
I have just never had a flea treatment not work - so was a bit concerned.

I bought Bravecto for my dogs in Sept 2022. I am taking tics off my Dogs after just 1 1/2 months. Never not worked before. I have bought off them for years. I only give it to my dogs for 6 months and off 6 months. But Canada petcare did not want to help in any way after years of getting my business they lost a customer. Obviously the batch I got was old. I often would get batches at end of the date. But I did not mind because it worked. It's not working. But they refuse to back up their products, and will not discuss sending me a new box or refunding me. So don't use them. They don't back up purchase. Even after they confirmed I'm a customer for years.
I ordered Revolution Plus for cats, and half an hour after, I read reviews that they are out of stock, and they sent Stronghold plus (which is the same product but marketed for outside of the USA). When I wrote them to tell them to cancel my order for that they told me:

I checked other online stores and I see that Stronghold Plus is way cheaper than Revolution. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they said they just shipped and they can't do it. So now I have to wait who knows how much time, receive the product and send it back and wait more time to be refunded.

The order wasn't even shipped for 5 days I'm still waiting on the delivery honestly your better off ordering through amazon. I ordered Heartgard Plus, but I received Heartgard30 Plus, an Australian product. They substituted without authorization from me. Customer Service says it is the same product, but because the company is located in the UK they cannot sell the American version on their website, even though that was the product shown at the time of my order. This is deceptive, misleading and dishonest. Customer Service advised me to use the product. After I said that I would not use it, the representative said I could donate the product to a rescue shelter. He said that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days, which will be 6-23-2022. I'll wait to see if I actually receive the refund. Canada Pet Care should show this alternative product on their website, and let the buyer make the choice to buy it or not. It should also make clear that the company and its Maple Leaf logo are not affiliated with nor located in Canada. The company is located in the United Kingdom, and according to the customer service representative, it sources products from around the world. Also, I paid for a tracking number, but I only received it after I called to inquire. The number was emailed to me after I received the package in the mail. At that point, the tracking number was useless to me.
This company has been spamming me for 3 years since I bought something from them. Have asked them to stop ten times but they will not stop! They even said they would but they lie. I get spammed twice a week. Never buy from these people or they won't leave you alone

Answer: Your order has a tracking number. Just click on it and it will show you the tracking for it. I kept a very close eye on mine and it came exactly as tracked. Right to my door. I also ordered Brovecto and it's exactly the same as the vet.
