There page is set up to seem to be a Canada gov site.( only very small print at the bottom says it isn't) they charge 40 US dollars to process your eta ( electronic travel approval) to travel to Canada, it's just been introduced. If you go onto the real site it's 7 dollars Canadian and it's faster, so 33 dollars for them to do what you can do yourself.
