I live at Camden Buckhead in Atlanta GA I moved here on March 30th, 2021. The quality of the apartment for price is not here! This building is beautiful on the outside but terrible on the inside! When we toured the property with Katherine Lagos the Assistant Manager and Ariel Senkfor the Leasing Agent, they both told us that the apartment was soundproof, and you could not hear any noise from surrounding neighbors. This was a complete LIE! I can hear my next-door neighbor's whole conversation if I am in my bedroom! I can hear my upstairs neighbor urinating in their toilet and then I can tell when they are finished by the flushing of their toilet! I also can hear my downstairs neighbor when they are on their patio. This building is having a problem with flooding on the first-floor patios after it rains! I can hear when a resident comes home or leaves because of the front door that slams shut every time, which rattles throughout my apartment! The floors are cheap and are a poor excuse for hardwood floors! The design of the master bath without a stand - up shower is backwards! Why on earth would they design it that way? Also, it is very embarrassing to have guest over and walk the property and see all the trash left on the ground in the parking garage or in the hallways! There is a lack of security here at this property! When we moved in, I found out there were homeless people coming into the building and trying to open every door to get into a unit and when they were successful, they would live in them until they were caught! They would cook food directly on the gas stove (fire hazard) and bathe and use the toilet like the lived here. I would pass them in the hallway and not even know they were living here rent free! I have witnessed a homeless man walk in off the street gaining access by the dog park to enter the building! The P2 garage gate stays open too long for anyone to come in who does not belong here! The boot person is here behind our gates booting residents everyday sometimes the same vehicle each time! I have lived at two Camden Properties and by far this is the worst one. I have sent my complaints directly to the Executives of Camden and their response was presented to me with a lack of concern. I feel Camden has treated me like I am not valued here at Camden Buckhead! The Community Manager Brett Kenery had not introduced himself since we moved here, and we were one of the first residents of Camden Buckhead. We officially meet on Monday the 26 2021 of July! The Community Manger should have reached to us personally to thank us for being one of the first Camden Buckhead residents. I will say the one good thing about the leasing office staff at Camden Buckhead is George Lindsey! When you have an issue, George is the one to go to for a quick and seedy response and a resolution to your issue. Camden Buckhead is supposed to be a safe, relaxing and quality home to live in. I would not recommend Camden Buckhead to any new resident!
