Went to CallingCardsPlus.com, set up a new account, looked into their various card options. Picked on, put $20 on it. They card said 'Pending' and I got a message that I would get a call in the next 5 minutes to confirm my account. Never got any calls. Tried to use their live chat - got a 404 missing web page popup. Tried to open a help ticket - never got a response. Tried to call their help number - line has been disconnected. Complete scam.
I created an account. Purchased a TMobile top up for prepaid cell. Amount showed up on my online credit card statement so they knew it was a good number. But Callincardplus account kept showing Pending Authorization. After several hours, I called customer service. Rep sounded Indian or Pakastani. Very rude. Said I would be called next day. Didn't happen. Submitted online request for Customer Service. No response. Then noticed they had blocked my account log on. Most online cell refill companies will load phone or send PIN within minutes. Not Callincardplus. Never do business with them.
Company merger in June 2022 wiped out my balance purchased in April 2022. I sent a request to customer service January 2023, company has not responded to my requests to reinstate my account.
The customer service is non-existent; once they have your money it is gone forever. There is no way to call using their system, and there is no way to get a refund. They have now changed their name, and the original name is now "handled" by Universal Calling Inc, supposedly in California. They, too, have no customer service ( ie, they never answer their phone). Unknown why BBB permits them to claim anything other than theft.
I purchased a calling card, never received it! My account was charged but no calling card. Was sent 2 Emails one a receipt but no "information" on it about the purchase. Tried calling a number given to me and no one picks up. Beginning to think this company is very fraudulent! I emailed the compan and received an answer saying I purchased some kind of trial which is not true. I specifically bought a calling card. I never received! They took my money but I received nothing in return. Think twice about buying is my advice.
I had to call from USA to Bulgaria and I pay $11 for the cheapest plan because I had to make only one call. They activated my account in a few hours but meanwhile I was able to find another way contacting this person and I no logner needed their services. So I wrote 3 refund forms and I tried more than 10 times to call customer support (2 days of strugling) to get my money back. Noone answered my emails/refund forms or calls. I lost a lot of time and I'm not recommending CallingCards.com to anyone. They are a f***ing stealers!
I am unable to call customer service. They ring and hung up. Nobody answered even nobody replied to the trouble tickets... Please try if you can reach them... Unable to call anywhere. They need to refund us..
I purchased twice both did not finishing using my minutes and I'm they told me it's expired. I called CS they said this case can't be resolved, she gave me the phone number to call directly to the company to complain. I will save my time and not waste any effort with this company. All access phone number in the phone card also discounted, what a waste of money!
Bunch of thieves. Fraud. Take 7-10 waiting for connect that doesn't happen. Customer service NEVER respond to concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DECEITFUL CROOKS.

I ordered a calling card and they emailed me to say that they would call me, THEY NEVER DID!
I then tried to call the 24/7 customer service a few times within a few days which was ironically shut.
The next day i mysteriously had a fraud on my credit card for thousands of dollars, i haven't had fraud on that card for quite a few years.My advice is stay far away from this scamming company.
I have been a customer of Calling Card Plus for many years but do not need their service anymore. When I asked customer service to reimburse me for the amount that is still on the card (in this case $37.00) I was told that isn't possible. I needed to add an additional $10.00 and continue using the card.
They are thieves and liars. I notified the Attorney Generals Office. It's not because of the $37.00 but I will cause them as much trouble as I can. Dishonesty should be punished!

I submitted my order and I didn't receive the email for the pin number. So I called them and waited very long for them to answer. She said she needed call me back. I mentioned that I needed update phone number. She hang up on me and didn't wait for me to ask if I can update phone number. What kind of company it is! I will delete my account and will never buy calling cards from them!
Placed an order for a new credit card. They took my credit card information. After that I got an email that somebody would call me back. Nobody did. I found a help phone number on their website. Tried calling it 3 times, every time there was a long music hold and they just dropped the call. Nobody ever answered. I tried to contact them through a form on their website. You CANNOT submit that form. It just stays on the screen. It is some kind of a fraudulent scheme to get your credit card information. I have to close and reissue my credit card now
I had a problem with my calling card and called the US customer service number. While I was on hold I looked up reviews and was depressed to see all the negative ones on this site. Then someone answered after 3 minutes and was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I don't usually post reviews but I was so pleased I decided to do it and give them 5 stars. (On the other hand the comment form on their website doesn't work -- I entered lots of information and it all just disappeared into the ether.)
I bought SimpleCalls cards and made 5 short calls to Taiwan and realized that my balance on the card is way off. I called the support and found that there is a $. 99 maintenance fee every 7 days. And the maintenance fee started a day after the purchase date. Also, they charged $. 015 per minute instead of $. 01 being advertised on the website.
Do your calculation before you purchase the card.
My complaint should scare everyone. I used this service 6 years ago. I have not used it at all since then. Today, I log onto my credit card account and there is a charge for their services. I have only had this card for 2 years. I've notified the credit card company, I've contacted their customer service. This is fraud.
I did not use their service! I called 2 months later - they said they would refund the money - they never did! I called again and they said that the system is not letting them process my $40 refund. This is a $#*! company and they were rude too - said her manager is out but I can call again if i want!
