Bought personalized ball stamp & ball marker ( with our dogs face on it). Both items turned out great & arrived in time for Father's day. The ball marker is magnetized so it can be switched out with a different picture or marker which is great for future items/gifts to purchase from Callie. I think my husband will be thrilled with these unique gifts & I can't wait to see his face light up with these one of a kind gifts.

My experience was simple, fast, and very easy. It was extremely easy to go thru the website to pick the color, the hair, skin tone and everything else. I will be ordering again.
The only drawback is something that was not in the description online. They have to be plugged into a USB port to light up. I mistakingly was assuming it would be a regular wall plug. So before giving as gifts I will add extensions for them. They are extremely cute though!

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
