Great work ethic, great pricing, super fast! I came in to replace my window and Collin got it done within 30 minutes. Verrrryyy reliable.
Caliber (Forestville and Sunderland, MD) had my 2 year old Toyota Sienna for 7 months. We heard nothing from them after dropping off the car in October because "the parts were there". By December I had heard nothing at all. I visited their shop in Sunderland only to find out I was on a waiting list for a liftgate. The first liftgate they ordered was damaged; the second was reserved for another car. They did not know when another would arrive. I asked them to just put on the old liftgate and then call me when they had the new one. They said that "cars sometimes compress in an accident and when the damaged parts are removed they spring back". But mine did not spring back. In looking at this now I realize this is when they knew the frame was damaged and should have notified the insurance company. Instead they shipped the car to their Forestville location where someone slopped a very messy layer of solder all over the underside of the vehicle to try to make the new liftgate fit. Proper restoration of the car would have called for putting it on a "puller" programmed with the specs for that car. The puller's job is to restore it to the original shape. They just covered it up. When I finally got the car back after many months the liftgate only worked for a week and then it would not open due to an impingement. When I took it to a different shop they were appalled at how the hinges were applied. They looked under the car and discovered the mounds of solder. They also pointed out the daylight we could see through holes in the solder. They do not even feel the car is safe. To restore the car would mean removing the sloppy job Caliber did and putting the car on the puller, then replacing parts. Caliber's bill for the ridiculous job they did was over $10,000. So where do we stand? Insurance is upset because Caliber did not inform them about the frame (yes, we showed them pictures); they probably would have ended up totalling the car. We have wasted 8 months watching the prices on used Siennas skyrocket to the point where the used priced on our car prior to the accident would be about what we paid for it. We do not know what the insurance company is going to do. I will never use a Caliber facility again. They really screwed this up badly.

Because Caliber Collision of Alpharetta lost my business, they deliberately caused damages to my car
I broke off my side view mirror, I got here by a friend's referral, Tom Tran took care of everything, efficient, as fast as parts delivery will allow, professional, overall, you can not possibly ask for more, you have some collision related repairs, you should definitely call them first.
Tip for consumers:
They have a lot of knowledge about their field, train professionals, friendliest staff.

Are you looking for an excellent auto body and collision repair mechanic? Jimmy at Caliber Collision replaced two parts on part on my Toyota today. He was able to make time to get my car scheduled for repair even though they were busy with customers after the recent storm. When I came in, he was so friendly and my car was repaired without having to wait very long at all. The entire staff is welcoming. Quality work by quality people.
I am grateful to have found a place to go if I need my car fixed again! Caliber Collision is also USAA recommended.
Caliber Collision is located at 5954 Alpha Rd, Dallas, TX *******

They do not even deserve 1star. I was rear ended end of May and they took my car in a week later. I got a call yesterday saying my car was ready for pickup, and I get there my Back Bumper was not lined up and My taillight were cracked ( Not OEM they put used Taillights they were cracked and damaged) there was a 1.5 gap between my trunk and the bumper and my driver side muffler, the emblem was put on crocked, my taillights were not even place in right.
The Manager never came to speak with me or reached out to me yesterday about it. I had to call her today to find out the status of my car and she acted like I was bothering her, and she told me that they will be keeping my car another week because they had to order me a new bumper! Keep in mind this is the other person insurance paying and they did not even allow the other person insurance to inspect it before they called me or I would have never gotten a call until it was right! I do not recommend them if you want it fixed right.
