My experience with California Furniture customer service was exceptional from placing the order to delivery! Loren, my initial contact, was very helpful answering questions and following up with emails about next steps. As promised the shipping company contacted me to schedule the delivery and our sofa arrived on time.
The store is great. Very responsive customer service.
The sofa is actually super comfortable. It's better than many queen size beds to sleep on, and very elegant looking.
Would like more info about shipping to understand when to expect my item. It's a gift, and so when it's received is important. Thanks
