My experience with California Furniture customer service was exceptional from placing the order to delivery! Loren, my initial contact, was very helpful answering questions and following up with emails about next steps. As promised the shipping company contacted me to schedule the delivery and our sofa arrived on time.

Only place I could find cement boxes. They were NOWHERE else to be found even after checking on the internet. They arrived quickly and were absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much. Will shop with you again and again!
