I've ordered a couple of things so far, and I am completely satisfied with everything. Both items were gifts, which arrived in a timely manner directly to the recipients. I was told they were of good quality. I love being able to order a gift for someone and have it delivered directly to that person, for a reasonable postage charge. Much less expensive than for me to ship it to the United States from where I live in Canada. Our postal rates are very high.

Its been a while since i placed an order, but when i did i had no problems at all, the thing that does annoy me is the delivery time although this is not your fault so no way am i blaming you. You see it takes about aprox 10 hours to come over the atlantic few thousand miles, to the U K but takes 6 days to reach Macduff in Scotland, i think they use a push bike. Hope to order again soon.
P S on the occasion i have had to talk to your staff on the phone they sound very nice and help full Regards Maurice.
I ordered a small box with a tile picture on it. It came to me I was so pleased. It looked better than it did online. I bought it as a gift for my sons girlfriend and she just loved it. The price was reasonable and the product was great. And even with standard shipping it came quickly. Thanks!
