Horrible! I cancelled my order because I felt misled by the sale e-mail. When the code said it would give me 40 % off, it only gave me 20 % off. When I contacted them, they said, technically it's "up to" 40 % off. When I said to CANCEL my order because it was misleading, they sent it to me anyway. They said they'd credit my "account" (paypal?) It STILL HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED! I wanted to send them back the shirt, they said to keep it so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. The whole experience has tainted my opinion of the item I UNWILLINGLY bought from them. I don't even want to wear it in case the opportunity to send it back presents itself. I thought I had found a cool little company with niche merchandise. I thought wrong.

Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product. If you want to see their spread sheet of losses, and their news headlines since please feel free.

We are sorry to hear about this experience. When an order is placed through Paypal, you actually give them permission to authorize your account for payment up to 30 days. So, when an order is canceled, that authorization still remains for the 30 days. Because we at CafePress do not charge for an order until it ships. If an order never ships, like yours. The authorization stays until it drops off. Usually with a credit card, it only takes 5 business days to drop off. But Paypal authorizations last for 30 days.
Unfortunately, with the information provided. We are not able to locate your canceled order. Contact us! We can have the authorization voided a lot sooner by contacting Paypal.
