I ordered the cable for my Apple iPad and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived. Excellent service. Would certainly buy from Cables UK again and will be recommending the Company to friends.
I bought iPhone 5 charging cable but its totally rip off as cable is very poor quality which is not working from very first day and very poor customer service
Cable stopped working after six weeks.

Ordered a 2m usb for Apple, it's much better to have the longer cable so I can stil use my phone while charging excellent delivery time to - it came the next day
I placed an order on line and realised that I had asked it to be sent to the wrong address. I called them and they (Gill) changed the address emailed a new confirmation and emailed me to make sure I was happy, all within 30 minutes. Thanks.
I ordered two 4K HDMI cables and was delivered next day, I found these to be a bit short so contacted sales with regards to return (quick response from sales dept) these cables were returned and a full refund was paid back to my account within 5 days. Re-ordered 2 more 4k HDMI cables (longer this time) and received next working day and working fine. I would use this company again
I ordered a micro USB data cable yesterday and it arrived today! Cheap as chips and free delivery!
Having seen Lightning to USB cables on sale for vastly inflated prices at various other outlets, I couldn't believe the price here (nor the offer of free next day delivery). There had to be a catch.
But no! Cable ordered at 4.15pm on Tuesday afternoon, product arrives 1st class post the following morning. Couldn't ask for more.
I ordered two of these cables from Cablesuk.co.uk within a week. As I was so satisfied with the first, in terms of next day delivery and the performance of the cable, I ordered the second.As I ordered the second on a Sunday, it was despatched on Monday and arrived Tuesday. Again a quick turnaround from cablesuk.co.uk. The second cable is performing as well as the first. I would strongly recommend cables.co.uk to anyone who is after an aerial cable for their tv. Cables.co.uk provide a 5 star service.

Brand new as described. Cannot wait to test. I will leave another review once I tested these but very happy for now. These are high speed with ethernet so for my 4k tv should be great

CablesUK sent me the wrong HDMI cables instead of what I paid for. I have been trying to reach this company via email and phone, all to no avail. They don't respond to email nor pick up their customer service line. I think I have been defrauded.
What a joy to deal with a first rate company. Even only two days before Christmas they delivered next day.
I ordered three hdmi cables which arrived five days later. Only two delivered. After at least a dozen attempts to phone customer service I finally got a very rude man.He told me that he had no access to order details and I should email after sales. I did this and after I got a reply asking me to supply details and photo of packaging(WHY). Did this, still no reply. This is now eleven days later, still no missing cable. Emailed the manager, still no reply. Next day delivery, forget it. Flashy website and non existent customer service I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchase then I would not have placed an order with this pathetic company. BEWARE. They also offer a free hdmi cable if you submit a five star review. I would have given them minus five stars if I could.
Used this company a few times now, good quality products at a great price. Items have always been delivered within 24hrs. And the one time I contacted customer services they replied to email within the hour. What's not to like?
Ordered HDMI cables and their website states they have braiding covering. When delivered none of the cables had the braiding! Also the part numbers on the plastic bags housing the cables bear no resemblance to what ordered, so it's debatable whether you get what ordered.
Trying to get them by telephone is impossible but did mangage to get through after about twenty attempts and spoke to a lady who had no clue about the part numbers or the braiding; complete waste of time. Sent and email and they finally responded many days later to say that the information on their website was wrong.
They have still not corrected their website so I have now been in touch with Trading Standards as this company are misleading the public.
Can't believe how bad this company is and good customer service is alien to them. Would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere as there are much better cable suppliers out there that are far more professional.
My experience The order never arrived and this lot pick and choose which emails they answer even if you do get an acknowledgement from their automated email answering system.
Called them to listen to someone tell me he has no access to their own records - unbelievable!
Have asked and and asked for a refund all to no avail so now forced to get the Crefdit Card company involved for a refund.
What a terrible lot to buy from and if you are thinking of so doing my advice is to first lie down until you feel better
