Cables order on the 6th Aug and Delivered on 7th Aug! Cables appear good quality, not fully tested final cable- but the 3 out of 4 tested work perfectly!
Bought two lightening cables from CablesUK. These took an age to arrive and I had to pay a fee for under-postage and collect from the Post Office (CablesUK later refunded this). The cables would not charge my iPad and when I questioned this, I was told that they were not designed for an iPad (lightening cable - made for Apple products?). Gave one to my daughter for her iPhone and they charged slowly to start with and then stopped working. CablesUK offered an exchange but expected me to fund the return postage. I decided to just throw them away. My advice - shop elsewhere!
Ordered HDMI-miniHDMI cable - received HDMI-HDMI cable. Needed one in a hurry so had to go and buy one in the high street.
Checked my printout of order and confirmed had ordered correctly. Several polite emails exchanged and sent scan of packaging. No further response for a fortnight so telephoned to be met by statement from sales person Paul Jackson that I had to email and he had no access to my data (having tried to quote order number.) Asked him what I should do if I get no response to emails, e.g. come and camp on their doorstep upon which he simply hung up.
The cables I needed urgently were very clearly shown and described on the website. They were delivered the next day. The length was 'spot' on and they work perfectly. Excellent product combined with a brilliant service. Louis.
