Had to wait far too long for order to arrive and wen it did it was is was packed so tightly that the coat was badly creased the button holes were too small for the actual buttons and the garment the wrong size and far too small. Over 3 months later I have just got a refund enforced by the credit card company because they refused to make a refund unless I first withdrew my complaint to the Credit Card company.

Will never buy anything from them again.

My experience The order never arrived and this lot pick and choose which emails they answer even if you do get an acknowledgement from their automated email answering system.

Called them to listen to someone tell me he has no access to their own records - unbelievable!

Have asked and and asked for a refund all to no avail so now forced to get the Crefdit Card company involved for a refund.

What a terrible lot to buy from and if you are thinking of so doing my advice is to first lie down until you feel better
