I have bought over 6 times from CA MODE and everytime i get perfect shipment timing and perfect fabric and material for everything i never got anything i didn't like from them and their customer service is awesome and always available and always assisted me. This site is an honest hit or miss. Yes, they are real but the quality is inconsistent. EX: I got a very cheap shirt that was cute and good quality. Bought a dress that came extremely small and tough. So yes its cheap for a reason.

I bought a floral dress and it looks different from picture on website and is from very bad quality. However I got a good service from ca-mode, because they paid it back. I was not happy with what I bought but the service ca-mode gives is as it should be.

About two months ago I ordered two items for my daughter. The package was supposed to arrive in two weeks time. But it didn't. I waited a few days and then I wrote an email. The answer was that I should contact the local post office and ask if it had arrived. After a few emails I asked for my money back and within four days the money was returned to my account. Then, two weeks later the package arrived after all and I was very surprised! So I emailed CA Mode again that the package had arrived and that I wanted to pay for it offcourse, but the lady from CA MODE did not want me to pay for it and asked me to write a positive review. So, I think this is really good service! We would recommend CA Mode. They have great service

I´ve bought two times into this web page and it was a very pleasant experience, the website is high secure to do business and to make the payment of each order made.
My orders were sent and received on time and everything arrived in good conditions. The garments are well made and of good quality, the sizes match the size chart.
Really I recommend this page, because isn´t had any problem with customs authorities into my country (Mexico).
My experience was very good so I will continue shopping with CA-MODE.

I got my order and each items were in very poor quality and cheap material. Any of those were even close to the pictures in the advertisement. I sent an email to customer service and I got this:

If you are not happy with the purchase, we can refund 12% as compensation. But please don't judge poor material only by your mind. Sometimes that's not correct.

I ordered a floral dress from Ca mode. Initially I was suspicious about product quality because price is very low. But once i got it i was surprised the materials and size. Better than my expectations.
One bad is delivery time it took almost one month.
Except shipment delivery time, I satisfied services.

They have refused to accept my return although I complied with the return policy that is outlined on their website. I've been trying for 5 days and 7 emails back and forth to get someone to give me the return address so I can ship them back. I was given several excuses about the return... including too expensive to return...

There products are not worth the money. They are beyond cheap. I have never seen anything like them. Website states refunds accepted unless it is due to size or you change your mind. They are lairs! They take your money and don't do refunds at all. You cannot return so don't order if you question what you are getting. Customer service is awful. No phone number and only respond to email every 24hours with same response over and over! I order a lot online and am easily satisfied. But this is the worst products ever! Seriously, do NOT order!

LONG delivery time Sizing not as described. Strict return policy, item must be damaged for you to return. Their website says address in City of Industry, CA and I thought I was buying from "CA Mode" however I was charged by Shanghai Leiyan Info Tech Co, so seems like a misrepresentation of who I was buying from. I am attempting to return my item for full refund through PayPal.
If you're ok with paying for high dollar boutique items and it coming straight from China, then you shouldn't have any problems (maybe sizing).
