The overall reputation of BzzAgent reflects a mix of strong customer satisfaction and significant concerns. Many users appreciate the opportunity to receive high-quality products for review, highlighting the excitement and value of the offerings. However, a notable trend in the feedback points to frustrations with customer service, including perceived rudeness from representatives and inadequate support for issues like product non-receipt. Additionally, customers express disappointment over changes in the selection process and website usability, suggesting a decline in their overall experience. This duality indicates a need for the company to enhance customer engagement and transparency.

I just joined 4-5 months ago to BzzAgent. I filled out my information, did there presurvey things they sent me to my email. I got picked for 2 campaigns one for a dry shampoo full size and a mini hair dryer. I just filled out there after review on there site and 3 other reviews on other sites that sell the product.
I have been a bzz agent for a few years now but since the new company took over, they never sent anything despite of the fact that I have synced all my social medias with them and accepted offers from them. Looks like the new company cannot handle this properly. I contacted them and they said once you accept the offer then we decide whom we will send the product, it is not a confirmation that you will get the product. Earlier, if they used to email you offer and you accept it, it meant confirmed, you accepted to do the survey and that they will send you the product.
Hi Salina,
We are sorry to hear that you have not been in any campaigns this past year. An invite to a campaign has never been a guaranteed spot in a campaign. Campaigns have always had limited spots, even before the re-launch in October 2018. You may have previously been invited to campaigns with more spots that the ones you have been invited to this past year. In any case, a spot in a campaign has always been based on qualifying for that campaign (by your demographics) and how fast you reply to the invite. If you have further questions, please contact us directly at: support@bzzagent.com.
Waste of time now. You no longer get any samples or offers, nothing. If you're not linked to Facebook, which I would never be, they don't even let you logon to see anything. Worst site now. Used to be great. To bad.
Hi Maria,
We are very sorry for the confusion about how the site now works! There is no longer a dashboard or account for agents to log into. Everything is done via email:-) Agents do not have to use any social media to join BzzAgent or participate in campaigns - in fact, most of our campaigns right now are 'Review' campaigns. If you have further questions - we would love to speak to you. You can reach out at: support@bzzagent.com
My previous review still stands. Becky from BzzAgent kindly replied, which I am thankful for and appreciate. I have some advice then for BzzAgent and maybe it will help them be more transparent or help their users to better understand how their system works. BzzAgent's reply to my initial review stated "invites are not based on the 4 interests you selected." Yet on their "How it Works Page" under "Campaigns and Invites" it states some of the main criteria used to determine who gets an invite are: who you are, YOUR INTERESTS, and where you live. Maybe change that whole section then and just say your demographics determine if you get a survey invite. Get rid of asking people their interests in the initial application since it seems pointless anyways and just causes confusion to their purpose.
If the criteria portion is based on the surveys BzzAgent sends, then that should be clarified in that section. There should be some type of wording that states "only your demographics determine if we send you a survey invite. Based on what you fill out in the survey (and that criteria can be interests, who you are, where you are, etc.) then we will choose people based on that information to join the campaign." Something like that. Gives a clear distinction that interests are only used in the survey process. I wouldn't say that interests don't have a part in getting invited to a campaign since based on the website it actually does. I would say interests has no bearing on if you get a survey, that is based solely on demographics.
Again, we are sorry for the confusion with the wording on the site. At the very top of the page it states "Occasionally we’ll send out surveys to gather more info about your lifestyle and interests to help us match you with upcoming campaigns". Under the 'Interests' section, it states "We get this info from your surveys and through the APPLICATION PROCESS". Therefore, you are not limited to the 4 interests selected when you first register. This is a part of the initial registration process that cannot be changed. If you have further questions about this, please contact us directly!
I actually enjoyed BzzAgent before the big switch. When they announced it was changing I thought it would be for the better. Sadly, it's worse. I resigned up as soon as I could when they relaunched last Fall. Since then I got one campaign offer and it was for condemns. I turned that done because I was not interested in it. The way it is set up they only let you choose 4 interests. Mine are Beauty, Fashion, Lingerie and Fitness. Now I don't know how condoms fit into those interests... I guess with the lingerie possibly, although I think that's a big jump. I think they would have fit better for those who chose lifestyle as an interest, which I didn't.
Now they say that they match the campaigns with your interest. Well, looking at their Instagram page they've had quite a few campaigns for beauty products... yet have I gotten any emails regarding them, nope. Honestly, there are so many other great sites where you can try products for free. Don't waste your time with this one. All they'll do is keep telling you to look out for an email, we're having new launches soon, we base it on your interests, and yada yada yada. They don't actually seem to care. I mean, just look at the comment sections of their social media posts. Sounds like quite a few people have not been happy since the change.
I have been a member for wow 10 years but now this site really stinks, you can not even log in let alone get any products anymore, do not waste you time, such a shame i used to love these guys!
We are sorry to hear about your frustrations with BzzAgent. We re-launched last year. At that time, all agents had to re-register on our new platform. If you did not do that, you are not an active member. There is no longer a dashboard for agents to log into. Everything is done via email. If you have not already done so, we suggest that you reach out to our support team: support@bzzagent.com.
This is a sham of a product review company. They have radically changed their interface making it impossible to get on the list of agents. Super impersonal and vague. I wouldn't waste your precious time.
Hi Elizabeth,
Are you a current member? Joining BzzAgent is very easy to do. You just need to go to our site and click on 'Join Now'. Anyone in the US, UK or Canada is free to join, there is no special "agent list". If you have further questions, please reach out to us at: support@bzzagent.com.
This site used to be a contender for one of the best product review sites. However, since the change, nothing is what it was. It's impersonal, and those who have been BzzAgents for so long are getting brushed aside. All you have to do is read the comments and posts on the Bzzagent Facebook page. Their replies to people voicing their unhappiness about the new format seem a bit snooty at times, as if they just expect you to deal with it. I mean... It's a site that is supposed to gather public opinion. They don't seem to be fond of the tables being turned on them. What once was amazing is now lackluster. Extremely lackluster.
Hi Jennifer,

We can check the status of your account. There is a chance you have not properly registered on the new platform. We would love to be of any assistance!
Since they changed everything. Just like other users said, there used to be a ton of stuff to answer or apply for samples and since this new change. The website is crap now. Even normal login has NOTHING. They totally ruined this company. Used to love it. Unless something changes soon, theyre gonna loose out on customers big time.
HI Victoria,
We are sorry to hear about your frustrations with the new process. There is no account or dashboard to log into anymore. Everything is done via email. We made these changes in October 2018. If there is a campaign or a survey that is a match for you, you will receive an email from us. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly with any other questions or concerns!
I was a member for over 8 years and it used to be fantastic. I received products to try and review fairly regularly. I passed out the coupons and not only told people about the products, but also about bzzagent and how much I enjoyed it. Now though, they changed things and I haven't received even 1 campaign invitation since. So disappointed. Apparently, loyalty doesn't count for much. That's my opinion. Sad.
Hi A. L.,
Thanks for being a long time member! We would love to see what is going on with your account. Please contact us directly for further assistance!
The update or merger that BzzAgent has gone through has ruined the experience for me. I have been a member for years and have tried everything from perfume to pet products. I was proud to be a member and encouraged others to sign up. I was receiving offers regularly, at least one or two a month, prior to the changes. Now, I get nothing. The three offers I was sent were completely not applicable to me. Their Instagram gets blown up by reviewers saying the same thing. I emailed them and they basically called me a liar, saying I couldn't have possibly received that many offers before. Thanks, Becky, now I REALLY don't like BzzAgent!
Hi Dian,
We are sorry to hear that you have not had a great experience recently. We do see that you have been invited to multiple campaigns in recent months and you applied for all of them. If you are not interested in a campaign, you should not apply for them. Applying for a campaign means that you are interested in that product and you will receive future invites like that. If you have further questions, you are welcome to contact us again or view our 'How it Works' page on the site!
Bzzagent used to be an awesome site you would get products to test and keep for free in exchange for an honest review I used to get campaigns all the time and now since they merged with a new company I get nothing no invites no emails nothing basically after the merge they forgotten the people who would do honest reviews on products and don't even care to respond back to any emails you send them... bzzagent you used to be awesome but now the merger just makes you plain suck... you shouldn't ignore the people who were on there for a long time.
Hi Ariana,
We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. There are a few factors that determine eligibility for campaigns - who you are (demographics), where you live and your interests are the main criteria we use.If you do qualify for a new BzzCampaign, you'll receive an email notification to apply for the campaign. If you’re accepted into the campaign, we’ll notify you with a separate confirmation email. If you want to learn more about this topic, be sure to head on over to our site and click on:"How it Works". We are always working on launching new campaigns, so keep your eyes open! And, as always, please email us with any questions!
Before the update of the site the company was amazing and I did so many honest reviews for them and then they decided to upgrade and since then I have emailed the support team 3 times and been told that something will come my way when my profile matches with a survey and that was 7 months ago. WASTE OF TIME. The bubble burst people... Such a shame as well...
Hi $#*! Al G.,
We are sorry to hear that you have not been a match for a campaign recently. Campaign invites have always been based on demographics, where you live and your interests - that's it. If you are a match for a campaign, we will email you. Also - make sure that you have our email address added to your contacts so you are not missing any of our emails. If you have any other questions or concerns - please reach out!
I have loved using bzzagent, I have gotten a handful of products but they have been so great. I mean who hates free stuff. I did all the reviews and everything was dandy. I stopped receiving invites so I decided to log in after a couple of months, come to find out it has completely changed and made me sign up for a new one. Now it won't let me access the site whatsoever. Just error messages galore, this makes me sad because it used to be such a great site. Oh well, time to search for a new one I suppose.
I have been a member with this company for about a year, only had about 2 samples from them first was Downy softener which by the time I got it had leaked out but thankfully someone shipped it in a bubble wrap. Second was 4 packets of downy bead things that were supposed to make laundry smell for a month or so but well lets just say I wished I hadn't used it. But still was nice to get samples, just recently they changed their site. Now it is much like DailyGoodieBox and a few other sites that give you VERY cheesy sign up goodies. I keep getting these emails asking me to get samples I get emails asking me to sign up and give personal information I already have done.
After finally getting a sample, I hated it. Couldn't leave a negative review, it was rejected. The second product I was not able to obtain as it is not avaible for me, so I could get it. Tried to review and that too was rejected.
It is based on WOM which means they are using people as free advertising. But will not take in negative feedback. You are supposed to earn points by spreading the word, but when I won't advertise on my social media accounts I am penialized. Thats not fair. I understand earning points, but not demoting a person.
Customer Service says "We don't expect or assume that you're going to love every product or service that you try. And, as we mention in the BzzAgent code of conduct, Bzz only works because it's honest, so discuss any bad with the good. The client wants to hear your completely honest opinions. And remember... just because you do not have a good experience with a product doesn't mean that someone else won't love it" So basically I get that they don't care about the people that don't like something because there are others out there who do.
No longer a user.
I have been registered with the company since January 2018. I have done all surveys and I logged in daily in to my account. I still have not been offered to take a part in any campain. My daughter who is a member since December'17 never been offered any product. I thought it is real company but 8 months after I think It is fake?! I am very disappointed and I don't recommend anyone to register with them. It is waste of the time.
I'm not a social butterfly. I'm not big on posting pics on every social media platform. In fact I only use one. Bzzagent wants lots of pics and posts if each product they send. The products are great, I'm just not willing to jump through all the social media hoops. If your big on blogging, and posting, and open box reviews, this is the site for you... Not me.
Bzzagent started out promising, but there's quite literally no reason to be a part of it, unless you like seeing your score go down constantly because you haven't been invited to any campaigns, and you can't get invited to any because your score is going down. It's worthless.
They beg and beg AND beg you to blog, review, etc. And when you finally do, they'll reject it. They want you to kiss up to them and make them seem like they're the best company ever! They will censor you if your review is negative, even though on their code of conduct, they have the nerve to talk about honesty. If you mention it to the customer service, they are either utterly rude or utterly clueless about their job. So after I didn't get many surveys and only received 1 event I couldn't participate in, I'm done.
I never getting back on this site, didn't help me at all, my bzz kit was sent to another address and I can't get my package back regardless, they refuse to send an new kit, they were very unhelpful and rude.
