Looked good to start with. Ordered two pairs of cardy boots at what I thought was a good price. Told would take 4 to 6 days to deliver, took 15 days. When I received, one pair had bad stitching, the other was no where near the colour on the website, and had glue marks all around the soles. Got in touch via e-mail (as I had continually to find out where they were in the first place) with my concerns. They asked me for photo's, which I sent, and I have been unable to get in touch with them since. They do not answer my e-mails, it seems that their site has changed names to 2010genuineugguk.com, and unfortunately I have since found out that they are listed on the genuine uggaustralia site to be selling fake ugg boots. Don't buy from this site, you will receive poor quality goods and have no-where to go to rectify the problem. I've certainly learned my lesson...
