I purchased 2 sets of charcoal clay stoves and pots. The cost of the items were ~$50. The shipping cost was over $160. When the package arrived, the 2 stoves were broken and completely useless. So far I have no response from Buy To Me. You should be aware of the difficulty of getting refund if items are broken or any other disputes. If you don't mind receiving broken items and the agony after paying a lot of money, go shop Buy To Me. This outfit in my opinion is a SCAM!

I have used Buytome several times and with the exception of the added fees and lag time with the time zones being so out of sync it has been good for me. I have mostly purchased electronics components and parts that were all durable so I can not comment on the clay pots that other reviews mention. This is really an interface to allow non Chinese speaking countries access to TaoBao which is only in Chinese so everything is interpreted. The search function returns a lot of non relevant things so it is a good idea to understand translation to english to phrase things. Some things I wanted to purchase like a power transformer translated as "cow"! Be sure to read the descriptions too as translations leave some things to be desired. I have left funds on the site and over 2 years they have been there.

I purchased two items from these thieves in April 2020. It was supposed to take 5 days to reach them, I would then pay the shipping charge, and they would send the products to me. Covid hit, China closed down, and that was that. At one point they were answering their messaging system, now they just ignore me. Save your money, or shop at DH Gate or Ali Express.

Its biggest scam website, l ordered twice from it and paid by PayPal and l received package but there are missed items and damaged, after l used cashu to pay an l ordered many items when l decided ship the items they ignored me, l had 6 months try to contact them but they still ignore me, l used all ways, emails, massages, calls when and made new account they reply but when l told them my problem they close and ignore me, DONT use this site

Bad customer service, very high commissions, no response and no support. Commission on the piece fee of more than 20%
