Don't buy anything from these guys, save yourself the headache. It took them 4 months to send me the fake rolex i ordered and when it arrived it looked different from the pictures and made an awful lot of noise for a watch. Turns out it was broken. When i brought it up with their "customer service" they went silent and never replied to my emails again. Stay away from these chinese scammers!
I ordered watches from this company, and was supposed to have them inside 3 weeks or so (allowing for post) as they were listed as in stock. One arrived after about 7 weeks and there is still no sign of the other more than 3 months later and worse their so called customer service department just ignore my emails. Although I'm not sure which is worse, as when they do reply it is just the usually nonsense, so sorry please be patient etc. etc. Definitely recommend you don't touch them with a barge pole!
I had a near identical problem to Paul S with my watch and a similar reaction from aFundeal. Send it back by recorded delivery and we will replace it. My return postage cost was £20 more than the watch cost in the first place.

I love their nice watches. Unfortunately on one of them one pin fall down and I lost it.
After some days a solution was found by the after sale service and I received a replacement part free of charge. I need to assemble it carefully now.
I will be able to wear my watch again. That's great. Thanks
Reviewing the website and when you register yourself under VIP you get a great insight into their products and ordered a watch.
They communicated right a way and used Pay Pal and requested through their support shipping with insurance and tracking and they complied right away.
Product may take 3 weeks to get to you and full refund and hassle free is available, no different then Amazon. If you contact support, they respond right a way, irrespective of the time of day in China.
They deserve this review so you feel safe to deal with someone that far away.

Yes they do NOT reply to any issues after you get your products.
Both watches have issues. One was missing a dial for the non functional chronograph. And the other self winding watch doesn't work past an hour.
What did I expect from a company that exist in fake?
I bought a watch from afundeal for about £40. It looks ok but the time adjusting knob doesn't work.
I contacted them attaching a video showing the fault and after several emails, was told to return the watch at my expense by recorded delivery. This was going to cost nearly £50.
I told them this and that was the last I heard from them.
You live and learn... or at least I did.
I purchased a watch from afundeal.com, fantastic service, good quality watch. All my friends want one. You don't have to pay a fortune for good quality gear. The best part is if you send them an email you get a reply by return. Great Company and great staff. Well done.

An order for a watch arrived here in the UK within the time specified, the fastener on the strap Was a problem, I contacted customer service, Matthew sorted it out within the hour.

Last April I purchased two "self winding" watches and received two quartz watches that do not even resemble my initial order. Many, emails, pictures and videos later, they said they consider a quartz watch "self winding". It would cost me over $70 to return the watches to afundeal. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the $100 payment to afundeal.
Lengthy delivery time over six weeks now still no replacement watch for the defective Watch they sent me. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal that's why they answer my emails.
The other two watches that I ordered took six weeks I finally got them after putting a complaint in from PayPal.
We have ordered three watches off this company, excellent service and good quality, though one did not work, so when I complained, they sent me another one as a replacement, very good service, and happy to deal with them again, Mike in Spain
I am watch reseller from NY, I have to say this watch seller is a very good partner. They can response my message in a very short time. And the quality of watch is very good if your price of watch is over 50 USD listed in their website. And I have received several defective items before, but after I provide the photo of the broken item. The seller send a new replacement to me immediately. So I recommend you can try to deal with them. They are a very good watch seller. Hope it helps.
I ordered 2 watches in Novmeber, now it is Feb18 and they still have not arrived. Customer service is very slow in reacting ( if they do at all!) and promised finally after several complaints that they would refund my money, but also that did not happen offcourse. Now they don´t react anymopre at all.
Moral of the story, do not buy from this company, and certainly do not trust them.

I ordered a self winding watch. Arrived, looking great, but, the self winding mechanism is prolly faulty. And here starts the story.
Wrote them, they asked for a video showing it, provided one - and no reply since then.
Wrote again, they asked a video, wrote them back that i provided one and again - no more replies.
Wrote them the third time, they answered they need a video, provided it to them - and nothing...

I have never owned a knockoff watch before, so when I ordered a Rolex Oyster Perpetual, the expectations were very low. I was really prepared for the worst.
The "regular price" was USD 197.56 and the "special price" USD 59.99. With another 20 % extra discount, I arrived at USD 47.99 incl. Registered air mail with tracking. New customers receive a USD 5.00 coupon, but the code was not accepted when I placed the order (probably because I already got 20 % off).
It was shipped after 10 days and after another 8 days it arrived (to northern Europe).
The watch looked really nice and worked as it should! It was really a positive surprise! I am sure owners of real Rolexes wouldn't agree, but in my opinion it is good value for money. The only negative thing is the bracelet, which is of inferior quality.
Afundeal seems to be affiliated with PriceAngels, which has quite a number of bad reviews on this site. (PriceAngels seems to be shut down now.)
