Time cannot be set using the knob as would be with normal watches. I also ordered the Rolex Oyster and it keeps time beautifully. Are there someone out there who can tell me what i am missing? Such as setting the time without having to open the back and using a toothpick to move the hands.

Hi Cornelius,
Screw out the centre knob counter-clockwise. Then pull out the knob a little bit and you can adjust time in either direction. To adjust day and date, screw out the upper knob and lower knob respectively and push the button. Hope this helps. Regards, Freddy.
