I am a designer and work with high-end clients to furnish their office or high-end houses. I've been using them for 2 years ago and quality rugs at great prices. The silk collection is amazingly well made and the price is just awesome. I've ordered about 20 rugs from them so far with no issues. Only one order was out of stock back ordered but they emailed me and I swapped it out to something else. Totally like the price and their high-quality rugs.

We bought this rug on line. When it arrived it was not wrapped very well with plastic so when the FedEx driver through it on our porch the plastic ripped which caused the top to be dirty. The rug was rolled too tightly, is of extremely poor quality, or sat around in a non temperature controlled warehouse for too long. The problem is that it won't lie flat. We tried everything even rented a $35.00 steamer. Nothing works after 2 months. I contacted them to return their defective product. No response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DON'T buy their rugs!

Takes him 3-4 days to reply to ant email. I ordered and he immediately sent notice that the order had been shipped. Except when you trace the shipment, Fedex has not picked up the parcel. Was told that it was picked up and then a week later told that part of the order was on back order. I requested a refund and he ghosted me.

I am in NY and the rug was delivered the very next day. Very smooth process from start to finish. I got the same rug at local retail and on the back, it had their website and the same rug was selling on their website almost half of the price. The quality is good and can't really complain. The price was half of what I paid for the same rug at my local rug store.
Shipped was free and delivered the next day from Maryland.

Happy customer. Will return for more rug purchases.

3rd time ordering rugs from them and every time I am amazed for the quality, price and speed of delivery. It was shipped from Maryland and I am in NYC so only took 2 days to arrive. Very happy with my rugs.

I didn't receive my shipment and i contacted them, and they did nothing to help me. I was willing to buy another rug and they wanted me to pay an extra $5 to have it sent to a new address? It makes no sense they were the worst service ever

I've ordered from this company several times and the rugs themselves are a pretty good deal for the money. However, last time I ordered a rug it never arrived, and customer service refused to issue a refund or replacement, and were very rude both over the phone and by email. I had to get my bank to issue a refund. While the delivery issue wasn't their fault, the rude and totally unhelpful customer service was enough that I will absolutely never support this business again.

I ordered an 8x11 rug with a matching runner. The runner was on backorder but they called me the very next day and offered a similar pattern or wait. It took only a few days more for the out-of-stock item to become available and they shipped it right away. I am overall very happy with the rugs and the service. The prices are very good and the quality is A+.

I ordered a rug from the same company a year ago and needed the matching 4x6 size rug for my foyer. The price for the 4x6 was only $29.99 with free shipping which I could not believe. Placed the order and within 3 days a lady named Karen from their support team emailed me notifying me that the rug is on backorder but they are getting it from their California location since their Maryland warehouse is out of it. I live in Washington so shipping it from California was the next day done for me and arrived safe and happy.

My rug was delivered on time despite a little fulfillment issue on their end. VERY pleased with my rug and the price.

Ordered a Persian red area rug 8x11 size and got it delivered by FedEx within 3 days. It was shipped from California, the rug arrived rolled up in sealed packing.

I purchased a rug from this company back in 2016 and recently purchased a new house last month. Found the website on the back label of the rug and ordered two more rugs last week. I was delivered on time and the quality is good for the price point. The tracking number was uploaded to my order within the next day and FedEx delivered the package within 3 days. It was shipped from California but it looks like their main headquarters is in Maryland. The overall delivery speed was great. I was amazed with the shipping speed and their low prices.

1. I contacted this company, looking for Indoor-Outdoor rugs and was told that the ones that interested me were actually Indoor-Outdoor rugs.
2. These rugs are ***NOT*** Indoor-Outdoor rugs
3. The rugs are crap. Really cheap quality. REALLY cheap quality.
4. After being misled about what I was buying, I was told that ** I *** had to pay for the return shipping!
5. They have an office space in Silver Spring, MD and I was told that I could return them there (a 40-min drive).
6. Then, I was told the following day that I had to either PAY for shipping TWO 8x11 foot rugs OR that I had to drive them to Baltimore (over an HOUR away).
7. The customer service person with whom I spoke was rude and NOT helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THESE RUGS!

THIS MAN IS A THEIF HE IS SELLING 50 YARD TAPE SAYING IT IS 110 YARDS AND I SENT PHOTOS TO PRIVE HE IS A THEIF AND A SCAMMER. THE ONES CIRCLED ARE HIS TAPE TO A 50 yard tape at Home Depot and his tape is smaller than 50 yards. And I have 1 tape which is the dark white that is mine which is 110 yards in I think second picture and it is triple the size of his. HE IS A SCAMMER AND EBAY YOU SHOULDNT ALLOW THIS AS I WILL ALSO BE CALLING SO YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS SCAMMER. I AM SPREADING WORD ON THIS SCAMMER. HE IS A THEIF EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT HIM TO BBB SHUT HIM DOWN ON HIS CRAPPY RUGS AND HIS TAPE SCAMS.
