I purchased rugs in June I did not get the correct runner.  After many request I have not yet received the correct runner or my refund.  How many people do you do this to?

I never had any problem with them. Call them tho. My rugs arrived fast in 3 days and very soft and quality. I ordered one more. Good luck.
