It's been the worse experience ever. I've ordered a rug that I never received and I've been trying to call MANY times and the customer service lied to me 2 times about the shipment. They hang up on me 5 times and at the end... I never received my rug. Worse company ever! YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT EVER BUT IF YOU HAVE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU... I CAN GARANTEE YOU that you will loose a lot of clients!
