Order came promptly and kept advised. Had slight problem with faulty clip - Bosch part within the box so not Buyaparcel fault. Rang them and phone was answered straight away - by a real person! - who advised she would see what was best way to sort and ring me back, which she did, within 1/2hr, to advise replacement part would be sent. This was on the Friday before Bank Holiday Mon - replacement part arrived Wed morning! Great customer service so will definitely use Buyaparcel again.

I purchased the wrong drill online, I want to speak to someone and no one answers the emails, and the phone department goes directly to busy when ever you phone. Terrible terrible service

Received a shoddy cellotaped Dewalt box, hedge trimmer very expensive, Faulty charger, 12 emails still no resolution.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Buyaparcel, poor service, faulty goods then questioned My Integrity. Horrific experience. Go to respectable company I will next time. I wish I had never heard of Buyaparcel.com

I recently purchased a Box for a makita angle grinder. The advertisement on "Buyaparcel" stated that the box and inlay would take the angle grinder the charger and two batteries. (Exactly what I wanted) however what was sent was a smaller box with an inlay that will not take the charger and batteries. I have now emailed them twice and had no response. A real shame as the speed of delivery and prices appear to be good and I would have used them again for sure. I will try calling them in a few days and how communication is better thaty way.

I purchased a dewalt jigsaw from buyaparcel, the start of my problems. It has taken buyaparcel over 3 weeks to rectify.the item arrived after a few days with a clearly faulty battery, i notified buyaparcel and a swap it was arranged to replace faulty battery. Delivery was arranged by buyaparcel which I had to take a day off work to hand over faulty battery but buyaparcel gave me tracking details that did not work. I stayed in all day no delivery. When I contacted buyaparcel the girl had to ask me for tracking details & could not track parcel. A return was arranged again by buyaparcel, parcel was collected nearly a week later when I contact buyaparcel im asked for tracking details for package this company arranged... eventually after over 3 weeks & down a days pay I received payment for faulty goods,,, in future I shall be staying with companys I can trust like toolstop & ffx to name but 2. I wont be dealing with buyaparcel again

Placed an order on BuyaParcel with next day delivery. I never received item.
UKMail state they delivered it but have no record to prove. Never return calls as promises.

BuyaParcel took a week to resolve.

Remedy was to send me a replacement which I was told was in stock and due to receive today.

Have now been told by BuyaParcel, item not in stock so will need a refund.

What a waste of my time (spent an hour in total on phone trying to sort), energy and money for over a week.

Overall bad experience from both parties. Won't recommend this website nor make any more purchases from you.

It seems UK Mail did deliver it to somewhere else or perhaps the driver signed it himself - which he definitely should not do. We did intend to send a replacement but it seems there was a stock discrepancy. We have since moved into a new warehouse and fulfillment and stock control is much more robust in this new environment so we envisage inaccuracies being much lower moving forward. After a very lenghty process I finaly got my money back from ebay. Ebay customer service is rubbish. I have sent the evidence of delivery, proof of returning the item 4 times and ebay still closed my case without issuing a refund. And only when I emailed to ebay to say that I will get traiding standards to get involved I have received my money and apology for not checking my emails properly.

I do not have your order information to comment on your specific case but with eBay orders if you use their returns process, they provide the shipping label and eBay, the customer and the seller can all track it's progress. If it is signed for but not processed by the seller within a given time frame the refund happens automatically. I don't know what went wrong here. Perhaps you used your own carrier and we couldn't locate the parcel, or it wasn't sent back with a returns/invoice number? I do not know but we have many returns trained staff who process returns ordinarily within a week. Kind regards, Mike

I have bought shower pump on eBay from Buyaparcel and got delivered on 16. 10. 15. On 31st of October I finally arranged the pump to be installed by my plumber. This is when we realized that plastic cover was broken. However my plumber assured that the cover is not essential; it should not have any affect and it should be working without the cover. Because I was desperate and would have to pay to the plumber even if he would not be installing the pump, I have asked him to proceed with installation. Once the pump was installed and he switched on the pump start spraying water rapidly. He uninstalled it and we have realized that it had a bad crack. Neither I nor my plumber noticed the crack before, probably due to the nature of the product the pressure made it worse. Since I was really desperate I have purchased a new pump right away from my local store and ask the plumber to install (did not want to incur extra costs by asking the plumber to come over again!).

Surely I have emailed to buyaparcel right away notifying about the faulty/ damaged product. After 2 days I have received email asking to make pictures of the pump. I done the pictures. Next day I was asked to provide serial number of the pump. Next day I was advised of their 14 days return policy, which as far as I was aware is for not damaged items. EBay has 30 days return policy. Finally after one week of contacting I was asked to post back the pump. When I refused to do so I was offered collection. On the day of collection I was advised that they are offering the collection service only once. This email was received after the collection van come in through the collection premises address, turn around and left! I have emailed to buyaparcel to let know that I have video proof of the delivery driver never leaving the van; simply coming through the gates and leaving right away (the premises are high security and cameras recording 24/7). The response was that the driver had issues with intercom system and offered to collect the same day after 5pm, clearly knowing of available time being only from 8am to 5pm! Finally it was collected next day. Overall buyaparcel is saying that they need to send the pump to manufacturer for confirming that the pump is faulty. The fact that the pump is faulty was clear from the pictures as obviously it cannot be in working order when the main body of equipment is cracked! I was really lucky that my plumber was not electrocuted!

Anyway, I have opened the case with eBay, since Paypal no longer is dealing with products purchased over eBay. On 13th I can ask eBay to step in.

I will keep updating regarding my refund from buyaparcel. Overall, my advice is to Avoid This Company!

Never use BUYAPARCEL. They will take your money but in our case the goods were obviously faulty we can see the fault without opening the parcel. Their response was send us a photograph no suggestion of a refund or replacement, no they talk about a warranty, just goes to show how thick and stupid they are. I have left my complaint with my credit card company to sort out and have also contacted Google as they should monitor such websites. My advice is even if you have to pay extra avoid BUYAPARCEL at all costs.

Regarding photos, we often do ask for photos but this isn't to make life harder for yourself. Often we can discount the faulty product if it is serviceable but not A1, or we can send a replacement out without having the faulty one back, or we can send parts or simply try and prevent the replacement coming out in the same way. Photos are to help both us the seller and the customer, before we start moving goods around only to work out we could have saved a lot of hassle for everyone. We now have a 30 day no quibble guarantee on our website and even pay for the collection even if it simply isn't wanted. Take care, Mike

Just bought an item that turned out to be faulty. Tried to get a replacement, but have been told to return the item, which will then go to the manufacturer to be tested, then a replacement may be sent, or a refund.

No use, when the item is in everyday use and to leave it in place would have meant flooding the house.

Not a customer focused response at all - the only response should have been, "Apologies, we will send a replacement part today, then when you return the faulty item, we will take that up with the manufacturer".

Not a solution, not customer focused and not fit for purpose!

Hi Paul, thanks for the review. As discussed when reported to us, we don't allow parcels to be left anywhere, yet alone a bin. This was very bad on the driver's part. I understand it is busy leading up to Christmas but we and UK Mail are lucky you found your parcel! This was reported to UK Mail management and the notes on the consignment say "Recipient has contacted sender to advise this was left in a brown recycling bin and not signed for. Site Management will be made aware." So UK Mail do take this infractions of the rules seriously and although I am not aware of the consequences on this particular order, it normally ends up with the driver verbally or formally warned, depending on how frequently this has taken place. We purchased a retractable hose reel as a present for our son, The Internal box packaging was badly damage in fact it was the incorrect box We contacted this company and explained that the packaging was damaged and that the hose reel could potentially be damaged internally, we were asked to return the hose reel but we would have to pay the postage as this was not covered in there returns policy we explained that we should not have to pay. Owing to the weight and size the costs of postage would be very high, we did not return the hose reel as it looked pretty secure. It turned out was damaged internally. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!

Your grievance accoring to the email is you called to ask about next day delivery to which our agent told you about the cut off times etc. when the order didn't arrive next day you said you thought the next day service didn't need selecting because of the phone call we had previous. I am afraid that pre sales advice wouldn't automatically upgrade your order - all orders are in an automated system so we can only do what is selected on the order.

You emailed our complaints email address on the 4th January at 11:38 and I replied the same day at 12:33 to the same effect as my reply here.

I am sorry that you were not happy with the service but on this occasion I can't see what we could have done given the service selected when you checked out on our website.

Well it arrived today, 14th Feb, after ordering and paying for 48hr delivery on 19th Jan. A catalogue of screw ups with me having to chase and chase and chase. You get the gist I'm sure.
Never ever again. I hope you are luckier than I was if you go ahead. Ironically, the item I ordered is perfect, just 4 weeks to wait!

Ordered with them twice both times come back to me after a couple of days to say my billing address doesn't match my credit card address when I question them they say it's sage pay that flag it up when I speak to sage pay they say my addresses match! What an incompetent shower never again

When we have circumvented the warnings on the payment provider, we have often been left out of pocket by a fraudster. Following fraud screening rules protects us but also protects consumers - the more vigilant the retailers are the less profitable crime is to these people.
