After I replied questioning an email sent by their support team about a problem with my account i got a rude and cynical email that even basically threatened to not allow me to make new deposits to my account unless i corrected the issue. They should get better and more polite people to deal with their customers. I am currently looking for a new company to buy precious metals with, or maybe it is time to go all in on cryptocurrencies so i don't have to deal with awful customer services like this one!

The interface on Bullion Vault is not easy to use. It is hard to even find any withdraw button. I received an email saying they would withdraw my bullion if I did not take action. Overall, I think this website is not good.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, using BullionVault can feel different to trading stocks or shares through a broker, because here you are in full control of your orders and the price you pay.
That’s one reason we give new users 4 free grams of silver and free cash when you register. You can sell them, and buy back, to try using BullionVault for yourself risk free.
You cannot withdraw your promotional balance of cash or bullion unless you've funded your account, and if you abandon your account we'll take back the balance after a month or so, so that someone else can have a go. If you do fund your account you'll be adding to the balance you already own and it will be permanently yours.
