My order contained 25 copies of "Oh the Places You'll Go". One of the books had a page that had been folded in and torn. It's too late to try to replace it, but I just wanted you to be aware. Overall, I was quite pleased with how quickly it shipped, and know that when I give them to my students as an end of the year gift, that they will love them! Thank you.
I was looking for somewhere to purchase a larger than usual amount of books for a friend's classroom and bulkbookstore.com was the best I found. Although I mostly communicated with Mike, I did have contact with others and all were extremely courteous and helpful.

Mike from Bulk texted, emailed, called to discuss/resolve my issue with chat responses from bulk. He did give me tax exempt procedure which I did not know about or ask about.thanks. As to whether or not he has improved the bulk chat responses to make them more centered on customer questions, I have no way of knowing yet. I did appreciate Mike's willingness to communicate. All is resolved and I hope 150 Bibles are on their way to KY!
I handled my order over the phone with Mike Williams. He was able to give our project a cheaper price than Book-Pal. These books were ordered for an elementary school and they arrived earlier than expected. We were very pleased and hope to continue this purchasing relationship in the future. I discovered The Bulk Bookstore via a web search for a specific book, and contacted them about pricing, specifically, their price match guarantee. The price I was comparing to did not qualify for a price match, however, the representative I was working with offered me a discount on the original quote, which was very generous. The books arrived in a timely order, packaged very nicely, and they were in prefect, brand new condition. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely use The Bulk Bookstore again.

I wanted to order a book for my students but since it was relatively modern, the cover price was very high and finding discounted versions was difficult. The Bulk Bookstore offered the lowest price I could find so it was a great deal. They were also very helpful and friendly when I called on the phone, and seemed to really care about helping me. The customer service was extremely helpful! I had a very large order & had forgotten to change the shipping address due to rushing & multitasking. Then before I could even call back to ask if it could be changed on their end, the customer service representative called me and asked about the shipping address saying he remembered our conversation the day prior.
