Great Prices but no communication in shipping. Didn't receive any shipping information. Waited 2 weeks and had to call for any updated information. Never heard from shipping department but did receive a call back from customer service that they would look into the matter. Waited another 4 days and finally received word ( after UPS had already delivered the product to me that morning) that the product had shipped out and should be arriving any day. Not a big deal but enough to question whether or not to order from them again. Product did come in good packaging with no damage. KH

I tried to place an order for 150 books. Got to the "place your order" button and it was then that they told me they don't ship to Alaska. Very disappointed. I guess they don't realize that Anchorage is a major FedEx and UPS hub. Oh well...

I am so thrilled with my purchase. I bought a class set of The Meaning of Maggie, by Mean Jean Sovern. I came across this book a few years ago and it is my favorite read aloud. Now that I am teaching from home, I wanted the kids to have a physical copy to read along with me.
