I placed a stagelight order of more than 60 lamps.
We relamped the fixtures, after an hour 1 lamp failed. I called a week later and explained my issue. They asked for my invoice number, I was driving so this was impossible. They asked for my name, she found it. I asked her if I had to send back the defective one. She told me no worries " I will get one out the door today"!, I normally do not write a review, but this is the exception. I told her this was the typical reply I would get from my normal stage supplier. As promised, 3 days later I had the replacement and delivered it to my customer. Totally happy. They have my business. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

I purchased several light bulbs on separtea occassions and then needed to return the ones not needed. What a continued fiasco and cannot get a swift resolution to the matter. Multiple phone calls, no one answers, refunds are not applied even after tracking indicates the return has been received and the list goes on and on. What a nightmare and then the gal tells me that you have to call to request your refund? What the heck is up with that crap...so just how many people have been scammed by this outfit? If you don't file a fraud dispute with your credit card company good luck ever seeing your refund applied. Unbelievable and I will file with the BBB as well. This outfit needs to be gone!

I specifically was looking for 2700K bulbs and received 3000K. Very disappointing because I looked all over to get this color and my receipt says that was what I was getting.

These lamps were much better than OEM! The shipping was fast, also arrived nicely packaged. I would buy again with confidence.

Fast delivery. Good after purchase communications. Bulbs for some equipment can have special requirements. I feel I got expert advice.

Truly unhappy with policies and underhanded tactics of this company. I ordered lamps and paid for overnight shipping. Because my order went in 1 minute after the deadline for overnight, my actual overnight was the next day and because they don't ship on Saturday and Sunday my order took 4 days to get to me and yet no discount on the shipping was offered. To make matters worse, the email to let me know that was prefaced by an apology for my 'inconvenience' but please note that your order went in 1 minute after our closing. Perhaps if their website had been more efficient it would have gone in sooner and they'd have avoided pissing off a customer who has done business with them for several year. Not any more. A sincere apology for how this unfolded and some offer of a modest discount on that shipping which was almost $60, at least $45 more than ground would have been. I'm terribly disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled.

As I needed. Looks great, does the job. Saved me from having to install a replacement light fixture. Would order from this company again if needed similar items.

Bulb America is a great source to find hard-to-find bulbs. I've used them twice to replace a bulb in a rear projection TV. Their prices are almost unbeatable. However... they charge a lot for shipping which is ridiculous in today's world of online retailers. I paid for USPS 3 day priority shipping. This was on a Friday. I was happy to receive an email later that day that my order had "shipped." It turns out that they printed the label but it had not been delivered or picked up by USPS at all so it hadn't really shipped. That was misleading. And then nothing happened over the weekend which is understandable for Sunday but I expected it to move on Saturday. Nope. And then Monday was a holiday so that is excusable. And then Tuesday morning I check it again and USPS predicts it will arrive on Friday... 4 days later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I gave them every excuse for its delay including a weekend and a holiday and it's still arriving late. And I essentially had no choice but to use the lowest shipping cost which was the 3 day priority because all the other faster shipping options cost almost as much as the bulb itself. Unfortunately, I will probably use them again if necessary because other websites that offer free and RELIABLE shipping charge much more for the bulb. Bulb America undercharges on their costs so they can overcharge on their shipping and then don't seem to appreciate fast customer service. The extra cost of using other online retailers might just be worth it. Use a calculator before purchasing and weigh the costs of time and shipping before giving into the questionable service standards of this site.

Was so excited to find out I could replace my own bulb, but was scared about the price. BulbAmerica was fantastically priced and super easy to use the website and fast delivery!

The system has power but light does not illuminate, please advise what to do. Nothing happens when the light has been installed and the power is restored.

This is my first time ordering from Bulbamerica. I had previously purchased a replacement bulb for my Mitsubishi DLP model WD-******* from another merchant that claimed to be an OEM replacement that was supposed to last up to 6,000 hours. It looked like the right bulb and housing, but the part number was filed off of the housing. That bulb lasted just under 2 months of barely 4 hours daily use. So I was in search of another replacement bulb once again. My search led me to Bulbamerica and after reading many reviews, I crossed my fingers and ordered an OEM bulb and was skeptical that I would receive the genuine replacement. The 90 day warranty helped me make this decision.

I was very pleased when my order arrived 3 days sooner than expected. Upon opening the box, I again was very pleased to find the inner box that held the bulb and housing was clearly branded as Philips. The housing for the bulb also had the part number engraved on the side and the unit was identical to the original bulb and housing that came with my TV. Bulbamerica has earned my trust and I will continue to order from them. I would give 5 stars but I haven't used the bulb yet because I kept an old one that still has some life in it. Will be changing it out soon.

Originally the bulb that I needed was out of stock and was offered to be notified when it was back in stock. Only needed to wait 3 days and was notified. Ordered it and was@ my doorstep in 3-4 days. Very happy with my bulb & the experience. Packed securely, too.

The buying experience was flawless. The rates were better than most online sites. Seems like they have all kinds of bulbs under the sun. I love the fact that they followed up to check if I received the order. Will definitely do business with them and recommend them too.

Our bug zapper needed new florescent light. I look at Amazon.com for replacements since I purchase the zapper from them, to my surprise they wanted $26.00 each. P paid less than $26.00 for four light bulbs plus shipping.The right part for the right price, I will purchase again form this company.

I received an expensive bulb from this company with can in defective. They sent a return form to ship the bulb back, and on my request for a refund of $54.09, they said that they do not cover shipping on refunds, so they are only giving me the $41.99 back, which I also have not seen yet. It was their defective bulb and I don't believe I should have to pay the shipping on something from their company that did not work to begin with. Sad that the company doesn't honor the entire payment for a defective bulb.

I ordered these bulbs for my Christmas trees. I received them very quickly and I'm very satisfied with pricing, shipping, etc. very happy!

I had difficulty finding the bulb I need but, eureka, I found it at BulbAmerica and at a decent price. I, therefore, ordered five on the chance that I wouldn't find them again. Bulbs arrived well packaged and work great. Thanks BulbAmerica.

The bulb is supposed to be working for 4000 hours, mine stopped working at 4 months mark, probably less than 500 hours of running time.
No customer service whatsoever as it's only covered for 3 months warranty.

Very pleased with the bulb, tv is like new again plus it arrived sooner then I expected. I will pass the word to all my friends what a pleasure it was doing business with you.

You sent the wrong bulb. Called five times no response. Do not want to deal with you anymore. I looked through the list and pictures and it looks like I shouldve been sent the NSP 10 e26 halogen light bulb.
