Needed a bathroom remodeling within my budget. Found FR construction on Next Door and they created the bathroom of my dreams. Bathroom is so pretty. They were dependable, punctual and their team is awesome.
They are dishonest and misrepresented themselves from the beginning. I would rather spend more money with a box builder than deal with a dishonest company like this. You can do what they do for your self not waste your money! And they are not in the better business bureau for a reason.

We are sorry to hear about your experience using BuildZoom. We were able to locate your records and it appears that you formed a wrong impression based on the services we offer and the services you expected. In your email correspondence with our Premium Team, you indicated you were told by a Project Consultant that the Architect Fees would be covered by BuildZoom, and you sent us a screenshot of the Premium Agreement you signed.
We took the time to listen to the calls you had with our Project Consultant (and everyone else you spoke to) and confirmed that there was never a conversation indicating that the fees of an Architect were to be covered or that you’d get an Architect for free. You also never asked that question explicitly. It sounds like there was a wrong impression formed somehow that led you to believe that by paying for our Premium Services, which is where you get a Buildzoom construction manager to help you collect & compare bids from local architects and contractors, that you’d also get an Architect for free. Nowhere in our website or service documents does it indicate that either, including the Premium Agreement you signed. The agreement lays out the invoice structure and the milestones that trigger those invoices.
Although you canceled your Premium Services, you were not given a refund because there was still time and resources spent by having Buildzoom source and coordinate architect bids & developing your scope of work. That is why we don’t charge the full cost of our Premium Services up front and break them up in separate invoices— you pay as you go as we complete stages of the process. You also still have those invoices and all the information you need to continue the process without BuildZoom if you choose to do so.
Ultimately, you expected to get the fee of an architect completely covered by BuildZoom although there was never a promise of that from our reps or in our documentation, nor is it something we’ve ever offered. The invoice for the Architect Bid Management that BuildZoom charges is usually $1400, and the fee for a Full-Service Architect ranges from $10,000 to $30,000 on average. Covering that cost for a client is unfeasible. The services we offer are for you to get a designated Construction Manager as an expert in the industry to go alongside you in the process to ensure nothing is missed and you get the best quality work at the best price from these architects and contractors.

Phil Coppola just finished painting the exterior of our home. I want to thank Your Mukilteo Neighborhood. It was here that I was able to locate, read reviews and obtain information about Phil and the quality of his work. We interview other painters as well. We found generally house painters do just that, paint houses. We were looking for a painter to paint our home. Phil did not disappoint he put energy and passion into our project. In fact, at one point I commented, "Phil you're not just a painter you're an artist." His comment, "Well actually yes, you see your home is my canvas. Phil is upbeat, friendly, and almost always has a smile. Phil definately has a passion to paint homes not houses. I would unhesitantly recommend Phil as the right choice for whatever your painting needs.

I had tried to get good contractors to come out. Most wouldn't show up, half never called back. When I just about gave up I found Buildzoom. Buildzoom helped me out and I'm forever grateful for this service. I was able to pick out of three contracting companies that actually wanted to do business and the one I went ahead with knocked it out of the park. Couldn't be happier and will tell my coworkers and friends about it.
We hired Phaseworks Construction to build us a 700 Sq. Ft. ADU on our back yard for our elderly parents to move in. The staff helped us from the planning stages, city corrections, building phases to the final tenancy certificate. I wanna thank and highly recommend Manny (owner) and his team members who really made this dream come true. A big shout-out to Johnny and Julio who were in charge of our day to day ADU progress. ADU took 4 months to build, which coincided with what we were told was going to take on the planning stage. Manny was regularly inspecting work from time to time and communicated almost daily with us on what was going on, which reflected on his team. Highly recommend this company.

The PRICE was very affordable for the materials & work done. Of the ten estimates, no one matched HRM's quality work & experience. From beginning to end, they were in touch with me, even through every step of the installation! (How many folks would do this? Amazing!). From the start, HRM gave me full details of my roof status, details of exactly what was needed. HRM even showed me each item that would be installed. I really appreciated their full responses to all my questions. Prompt cleanup too. HRM has even served as roofing subcontractors for a number of other exterior work companies. HRM is certainly the way to go! I'm really happy I picked HRM Construction LLC and now take comfort in having a new roof that was done superbly. Buildzoom assisted us with finding the appropriate contractor and reviewing the bid. Buildzoom also helped us with dealing with the local county and navigating the building codes. It was beneficial to have them corresponding with the contractor to follow up on needed items in the bid process. I would recommend based on our experience.

AD Custom Backyards does amazing patio work. We are so happy with the craftsmanship of work. Alex is great to work with. His customer service aspect is exceptional!
