I purchased about 35 boxes of Vesdura vinyl laminate for a house we had in the US. Build Direct sent out free samples promptly, the product came swiftly, undamaged. There were about 3 boards that could not be used out of the 35 boxes. The product was easy to work with, looked really nice (but I wouldn't install in my own home because the color shows dirt too easily), nice to cut. I can't vouch how it holds up because we sold the house but it was a nice product to install.

The floors are 2nd hand repurposed floors. Boards don't meet up to connect it's takes days not hours to install. Floor is priced as new then comes re-boxed with no name in it. Take my advice do not buy from them it's nothing but a headache. The people are very nice, helpful but the product itself is horrible.

I have ordered a vinyl plank flooring online with them. I have ordered many construction material on line with other companies so I I'd not request a sample. Well PLEASE ALWAYs ORDER ONE with them. The color of their website are totally wrong so you will get a total different color for sure.
I then tried to get some money back but because the flooring had been installed ( my apartment is in another state where I leave and I did ask my installer to check on the color) they just gave me back $100 out of a $2200 order Plus the extra box I was missing to finish the floor. Well that box took two weeks to arrive (from LA to San Diego) and on top, when FedEx wanted to deliver it build direct had put a wrong address so I had to chase the manager to fix it because only the sender can change the address. The products are good but the logistic was a nightmare. So be careful...

We order vynil plank flooring from them the delivery went great. Let back up we took are carpet and tile up first which was a huge job my husband son and I. We then had to have the cement sand blasted which costs alot. Then the floor was delivered. My husband worked days off nites weekends putting this vinyl down it took a few. Months so here it is a year ago when this project started as and the floor looks like $#*! water stains everywhere scratches everywhere it was suppose to be scratch proof. Well it's not it looks horrible it's a nightmare it has never looked good since we put it down I'm am sick over this. Very disappointed

OK, we've all heard of Lumber Liquidators (LL)... forget all about them. The quality of flooring you will get from BuildDirect (BD) is MUCH better than anything I've ever purchased from LL. They have samples that they will overnight to you for free, and they have VERY affordable flooring (hardwood engineered starting at $1.99!) to gorgeous exotics. Even though you have to pay for shipping at BD, you will probably save that in paying taxes anyway - and their freight rate is quite reasonable (depending where it comes from). Their customer service is awesome as well - I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

We purchased the Vesdura rigid core vinyl -- planks are about 1/2 inch thick, 7 in. Wide and 72 in. Long. The planks have a good variation in color and tone. Most people, including our painter and our cabinet maker thought it was wood. The extra thickness gives the floor a very nice feel. It cleans up very nicely. We have purchased more of this product to finish two more rooms.

I haven't ordered yet, but I will definitely be ordering flooring from BuildDirect for my upcoming project. All of the samples arrived quickly and were actually free (no shipping costs). I was very pleased. The prices are great for the quality of the samples I've seen. And there's so much variety! I'm definitely glad I could narrow it down through samples. I've been working with Olena Kodak in their customer service to put together a quote and she has been amazing! I will update this review after I receive and install the floors, but so far, I'm very pleased with BuildDirect!

Had a great experience buying from builddirect.com Justine was super helpful and attentive checking back on us several times. There was a small problem with a couple of the planks and Justine made sure we were taken care of right away. The flooring is beautiful and is super high quality. The flooring was shipped super fast and arrived without issue. I would highly recommend doing business with builddirect.com

BuildDirect offers similar prices and products of the local big box hardware stores... but BuildDirect offers a much greater selection of products. I am looking for engineered hardwood floors. BuildDirect has a great selection and even has a product hand made in Tennessee. I'm quite surprised at the availability. The customer service is phenomenal. In fact, the interactions with customer service make me feel confident in the products and the company.

The church's foyer needed a refresh and the congregation has enjoyed the new look of the wall. It totally changed the feel of the entrance and we thank Build Direct for an amazing product.

We ordered Vesdura Vinyl Plank in Scribe and we couldn't be happier! It looks beautiful and it's great quality for the price. Will be ordering more for our upstairs area. We were able to order a sample for free. Absolutely no cost to us. Highly recommend

First of all the product looks beautiful in our kitchen- but what impressed me the most was the customer service. I was guaranteed delivery by a certain date as I had it scheduled for people to install our floors that weekend. After placing my order I received a call from FedEx trying to schedule a delivery for at the earliest a week after I was promised delivery. I called Mila, who processed and helped me with my order and told her what was going on and within 1 hour I had a call back from a Cindy who had arranged a 3rd party carrier to pick up my order and get it delivered to my house before the date I needed it. Everything happened so easily without stress on me. I highly recommend!
